Enjoyed Our Stay - Will Return!

This was my second time staying here (10 years ago was the first). Our experience was great and we will return. The breakfast buffet is hands down, one of the best! They take care of you! The dinner buffet was crowded with families and hotel guests. The vegetarian options were minimal. I won't plan to eat dinner buffet there again.

Front desk team were perfect. The different security teams were cool and fun to talk too. When making reservations, I purposely asked for an upstairs "quiet section" away from any bars. We LOVED our rooms! We were in a private corner where nobody had need of walking past our rooms. While we had zero view of anything, we didn't care...we focused on the "quiet" aspect considering the highway is right there.

We will definitely want the same rooms when we return. While the WIFI cut out in my room (due to the corner location) the next door room had WIFI. Not a problem with my T-mobile unlimited data phone plan...I was able to take care of some business.

Hotel San Sebastian

Our family stayed one night at this hotel, on May 29, 2017. The hotel check in was at noon according to the confirmation email that we received from Hotel San Sebastian. We arrived at noon for check in but our room was not ready. The lady at the lobby reported to us that check in was at 2 p.m. and not at noon. She did however grant us access to the pool and their buffet lounge. We decided to go swimming. The pool was very nice. The pool area had a bar. Reymundo the bar tender was very nice and the music really set the mood. The rooms are nice and modern. The ac was nice and cool. The only thumbs down was the firm mattresses. The hotel also provided 24 hour security guards which really made you feel secure. The food at the buffett lounge was ok. Overall, we would stay at Hotel San Sebastian again.

I really enjoyed my stay at San Sebastian. The room was spotless and the customer service was excellent. I ordered room service as well as ate at the buffet and the food was very good both times. The parking is secure, which is great. I will definitely come back!

We were very impressed with our accommodations here. Medium size 2 story building, secure parking, decent sized pool with bar, excellent breakfast buffet, room service and friendly staff who spoke English.
Our room was clean and well appointed. We would gladly stay here again.

As long as you don't want to sleep

We thought this would be a good hotel to stay at on our way back North - wrong. Couldn't figure out why they did not have blackout blinds on the room to keep out the light from the parking lot. The reason is you won't sleep anyway as they book in rock bands on the weekends???. It is now one in the morning and they are still going strong, guess people who book this hotel should not expect to get any sleep.
