Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We arrived and get put in a dingy smelly room with rat droppings everywhere, only to see a fumigation guy go in there the next morning, absolutely disgusting that they would put us in there know there was an issue. We were moved to another room with rats in the roof, when we mention this to the guy on reception he could not have cared less.
Do not stay here it is repulsive!
Awful 'hotel'
benjnew121on 29/01/2017 09:13This was the first place we stayed on our trip to India. We picked it because it was cheap and close to the airport and as we were arriving in the small hours we thought it would be easier than heading all the way into the city.
When we arrived there was rat droppings on the bed, not the best start but after 24 hours travelling we were tired so we went to sleep. Next morning we were woken up at half 9, baring in mind we only arrived at 3am, and told we had to move rooms. We quickly packed up our stuff and were taken to another room which appeared to be much better. Only when I went back to the original room to get some things I'd left in the bathroom did I realise we had been asked to move so that the pest control guy could fumigate the room. As we hadn't yet mentioned the rat droppings this shows they already knew about the problem and had let us stay in there regardless.
We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt which turned out to be a bad decision as the next night there were more rats in the ceiling of the second room. We told the guy on reception who just shrugged and went back to watching The big bang theory on his iPad. We left the following morning.
Do not stay here.

behaviour was not proper he doesn't have normal travel information
doesn't reply softly. Non A.C rooms r not up to mark. Due to fare
of this accommodation I would give some rating.

Mohammad Ion 18/04/2016 06:45I have worst experiences of Sana Residency. Not provided allotted room in his hotel as they committed to provide Room in his hotel. Also, I did not get satisfactory answer from Cleartrip for me. I wasted my money. I did not stay in sana room afterward Cleartrip and hotel owner not refunded my amount. Please don't make plan with Cleartrip. Support team is not having Satisfactory answer to give Client.
Worst Hotel to book
Abhishek Non 18/02/2015 17:58Please dont book. tore bedsheets and no attached bathroom. AC wasnot working. a standing fan was there in the room. so low class it was. if you are going to mumbai please dont book this one it will ruin ur trip.
