got2bebikingon 27/08/2017 19:25The bathrooms could be updated. Haven't seen Avacado Green and Harvest Gold in a while. Otherwise, nice accommodation. The staff was great, and answered any of our questions. clean, and a nice side view of the ocean
Ocean front condo
sazno2010on 14/07/2017 09:22Loved our stay at the sand and sea.Close to the beach and fun things to do.Friendly staff.Great views of the ocean. Our condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable.It had all the comforts of home.Would love to visit soon.

Chrisse Ron 05/07/2017 06:45been staying at Sand and Sea for 20+ years. Stunning views from floor to ceiling windows on the oceanfront side of the building. Older but well maintained property, though maintenance does vary individual condo owner to owner. Kitchen equipment leaves a bit to be desired. Grocery and locally caught and smoked fish very close by. Can't beat a walk on the Prom that's right outside your door.

ljhauer68on 04/07/2017 21:24Excellent location. Even though it was not facing the ocean we still had a nice view of the ocean off the side balcony as well as a view of the mountains. The mornings were beautiful. Very well stocked condo. Nicely remodeled. Comfortably slept 2 couples with 3 kids in the living room on pull down couches and a roll away that was stored in the closet. Will stay there again!!

S Ton 04/07/2017 21:07We enjoyed this condo very much. View of ocean from outdoor patio and dinning room. Nicely updated. Kitchen was a plus! Easy access to beach. Quick 2 minute walk and you're there. Unit came with folding beach chairs to take down with you.
