Value for Money and great staff

We were group of 3 adults + 2 kids and stayed in family suite of Sandhya Resorts. Overall we are satisfied with the service and room provided. Here are my view point :

Strengths

1. Hotel is located right when you enter Manali. Its 2.5 kms from Mall Road. Its an advantage when you are coming for vacation as you can escape from huge traffic but daily when coming back after site seeing you will have to pass through same traffic and you cannot walk back to hotel.

2. Rooms : Rooms are definitely clean and good size.

3. Service : Good service and attentive staff. We did checkout at 7 AM and manager got us packed some food for journey which was sweet.

4. Transportation : You can get cab right outside hotel for daily sightseeing

5. Food : Food is great at optimum price. We took dinner + evening tea & nibbles and we were changed INR 2000 for 3 days which is quite great.

Area of Improvements :

1. Keys : Still hotel is using old Key system. Its better if they replace with smart cards.

2. Hot water rationing : You will get hot water for some specific times. Although it didn't impacted us but still a point.

3. Wifi : We stayed on 3rd floor and WIFI didn't worked at all. :-(

4. Breakfast Service : We took Breakfast Buffet but service was slow, may be because of more than expected numbers.

5. Room Cleaning : Now this is one point which I didn't like. You have are submit your key at reception to get your room cleaned and toiletries replaced. I think this should happen by default. You can use Master Keys :-)

6. No Swimming pool & Kids Area

Overall :

Its a nice property with great staff. I am rating this average as I don't have option to mark it "GOOD". I am recommending this property.

We are around 40 people some are full families and few alone also.... very good property, courteous staff, delicious food, specious rooms, only the cons according to me is location, might be hills hotels are like that only because of lesser space available...but overall very good stay...will definitely recommend to others.

Hospitality at its Best

Merits of Sandhya:-

1. Large, Clean and tidy rooms
2. Proffesional Staffs
3. Near by Manali City (1.5 km to 2 km)
4. Good food

Best part of my stay in Sandhya is, I now have a new friend Mr Babloo Sharm (General Manager Sandhya Groups Manali) who is extremely professional and helpful. Than you Sharmji:)

We had a wonderful stay in Manali at the Sandhya Resorts and Spa during our recent visit. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Hotel staffs including GM were extremely friendly. I strongly recommend this place.
