Wonderful stay!

First, you need to know that the office is not open for check-in every day of the week. Go to the top of the stairs on the right on the first floor and you will see the phone number to call. When you phone the number, you are given a code to the lock box to get your keys. When we arrived, the condo was not entirely clean, the bedrooms have not been make and the garbage had not been taken out. I called the number to report this and they sent over a cleaning crew immediately and the place was spotless when they were done. The condos are well equipped for "cooking-in" and there are charcoal grills to use on the property. All condos are oceanfront and the views are wonderful since this is only a three floor building. Wifi access is free and there is a washer/dryer in every unit. There is no pool but there is a hot tub, so if you have kids that want a pool, this might not be ideal. The master suites have excellent sea views and the beds were clean and so comfortable. I could live in this place. Easy walking along the beach to restaurants and bars. A perfect place for four adults to spent a beautiful Easter weekend. We can't wait to go back!

The perfect vacation! Nothing fancy. Plain and simple beach getaway. The room was clean and had everything we needed, especially the view of the ocean and sound of the waves. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Very good visit. The biggest problem was the internet did not work very well- would lose connection every few minutes. A great location. Would vacation here again. all the rooms have an ocean view and an easy walk to the beach.

We arrived and were promptly checked in. We were about an hour early, so drove to the grocery and all was ready when we returned. Room very clean, a strong bleach smell, but that dissipated, Room was on the end of 2nd floor, great view. The heater did not want to click on, but truthfully we did not need heat even thought it was after Thanksgiving. We actually used the Air conditioner a few times. We did not report this until checkout because we did not need it. The worst thing was there was no internet connection. It was so weak it would not connect for 60 seconds at a time. But we tried to give it up for the week and just enjoy Surfside, Garden City and MB. It is a great location. Happy to see the city working on restoring all of the Dunes after hurricane Matthew visited. Oh, and there was not a can opener.

Needs better management

My family and I drove nearly 13 hours to what we thought would be a great place to spend our vacation. We checked in to find our room door wide open, patio door handle laying in pieces on the end table, Air conditioning not working, kitchen light out, and the bottom grate to the refrigerator laying on top of the refrigerator. So I then started looking around and notices that the bathrooms looked dirty. There was this brown splatter on the tank of the toilet and on the shower curtain. I called the phone number that the paper on the refrigerator said to call for Maintenance. A gentleman answered and said he will contact them and he would call me back. Never heard from him. Then on our second day we still had not heard anything. As I was about to call again, Maintenance showed up to ask if they can look in my room because the people below us had been complaining about a leak. As I allowed them in I told them that I called a day earlier with some issues, they never were told about them so they claim. He fixed the grate on the fridge and said our a/c was frozen probably because it was on full blast and the doors were wide open when we arrived. He said he will be back so They left to get a light and to fix patio door but never came back! Later that night my daughter went to shower in the guest bathroom and the entire shower curtain rod fell on her. I called again on the morning of day 3 and never received a response! I was trying to remain hopefull about our stay but it started to get old every time I couldn't turn the light on in the kitchen to cook or the shower curtain would fall every time she showered and mostly when I wanted to sit on the patio and couldn't open the door. This place has officially made out first time visiting Myrtle Beach a very disappointing one.
