Very nice hotel. For sure I will come again!
I liked the architecture of the buildings incl. the restaurant / breakfast room!
You can find a lot of modern art in and around the hotel and also in the rooms.

Very nice hotel with charm!
The room was very big with view to the garden. The bath was so big with bath and shower.
The restaurant has a very good card for lunch and dinner. Service very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in the forest.
Rich Breakfast at the same place where the lunch and dinner take place.
Carparking at the hotel it self.

We stayed at the hotel as we visited a friend living close by. We enjoyed the hotel and it's surroundings very much. The perfect Place for a relaxing weekend!

We loved this place a lot. Honestly - we had a 'Secret Escape' deal which made it for us very worthwhile. If I would have had to pay to regular amount, I think I would have found it too expensive. That said, the service is outstanding. The food is good, not superbe (the portions are too small), but very good. The room was so utterly authentic, and we loved the ventilator (you need it during the summer-but many hotels don't botter providing one). As you've probably read before, the bed are indeed a bit too soft. If I was Sandton, I would buy new mattresses. Certainly for seniors, these beds do not fit. We loved jumping in a big white fluffy cloud, but after 1 night your back starts complaining. The gardens of the hotel, with beautiful terrace are so lovely. Oooh and the breakfast is outstanding too.

Excellence, Comfort and Gourmet Cuisine

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Chateau De Raay! We were offered an upgrade to a suite for 10€ per night. We accepted and was very pleased with our room. The Bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the bathroom was big and the double bathtub was a special bonus. The meals were prepared with amazing presentation and absolutely delicious. It is more on the expensive side but it is a Luxery Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and a quite and peaceful setting. We loved our stay there and highly recommend for a romantic get away.
