OK hotel in a nice surrounding with good food
PatrickonTAon 19/06/2017 08:54OK hotel in a nice surrounding with good food; some smaller unpleasantness’s that could be avoided easily: staff mentioned that policy is that no table reservation allowed at the terrace although other tables were reserved for other guests. At an early attempt to check out, there was nobody at the reception desk and no possibility to call for somebody. Food, though, was excellent.
Good location for 1-2 nights
Tomasz Pon 20/05/2017 10:32Great hotel staff, rooms are outdated, poor wifi. Loxation very nice - good connection to Arnhem but if you are coming by train be prepared for walking few kilometers to hotel. Simple to find but Is no taxi around - count on your shoes:-)
Great Relaxing in first class environment

Good hotel for Nationalpark trips

The bathroom is a little old fashioned but functional. The comfort room is great for two nights.
Sauna and pool could be a little warmer. But this is individual taste.
The worst experience in a so called 4 stars hotel
Florin69on 04/04/2017 09:01In 1st of April 2017 them made o bad joke by stopping the heating.
The room has not heated, at the last floor on the corner, and the door to the balcony did not isolated at all. In the room it was the same temperature like outside and during the night the temperature was expected to be even smaller.
It was so cold that I had to go at reception and ask to open the heating.
The lady from reception told us with a fake smile that she will.
She didn't and we went back at reception just to discover from a second person that actually the heating is stopped in the entire hotel and they do not have the smallest intention to open it. He proposed a second blanket for the bed and something to put at the door to balcony to stop the wind.
He had to leave.
The guy from reception told us that we may be contacted by management if we wish so. Of course we confirmed that we would like to be contacted by their management. Nobody called. It was another lie.
We did not recover the money yet.
