Great place to relax

Just spent 2 weeks at the lovely Sandys in a 2 bedroom studio. These are very spacious (except the shower which I could barely turn around in, my only issue with the whole experience), comfortable and clean. In fact the bed and pillow were so comfortable I would gladly have brought them home with me! The rooms are simple but had everything we needed - no tv, but we certainly didn't miss one and we borrowed a game from the lounge area. Not like a big hotel, but I would much prefer the homely feel that Sandys had to an impersonal hotel. The air conditioner worked a treat as it was very hot most days. The outlook from our second storey apartment over the pool was relaxing and we didn't find it noisy at all. Sandys is a family run business and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly - from George and Helen (the owners), Petro at the bar and our lovely cleaners - always happy to have a chat and inquire if we needed anything. We found the pool area excellent, the pool is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. I would highly recommend Sandys for a simple, relaxing place to stay and hope that we can return very soon.

The missus and I have just spent a week here in one of the log villas.

The location is great, away from the madness but close enough to walk to bar street for a beer.

Pedro, Helen, George and Adam sure make the place feel homely and cannot do enough for you, you become part of the family for the week!! :)

Air con in room is great, very secure place, not once did we feel worried about our possessions or safety.

We ate breakfast 6/7 days at the Pool bar as it was so reasonable, not worth cooking yourself.

Our room had a fridge, toaster, coffee maker, KETTLE, Two ring cooker and a very powerful shower that was never short of hot water.

A great location to stay and explore Kos, glad we booked and would definitely book again!

I had to buy up dishclothes! We've pay 100 per nigth

We stayed for 5 days in the villages of wood, two people and paid 100 euros a day. coffee maker without coffee filters so you have to buy a package for a few days. Not salt, lugar, básicamente things forma few days. Not kitchen furniture a lot, only two spoons! Glasses are dirty.
All is thinking for you buy all in their minimarket!.
Also the personal cleaning knock your door at 9:00h. You can sleep! It was impolite to not permisos you sleep more. They clean everyday but change your towels every twice day.
It's located dar of the village and the best beaches. You need rent a transporte if you don't want to live a!! Hoy holidays there. The WiFi connection is only at the swimming pool not arrive in all complex. The swiming pool is small not like photos.
It's too muchos expensive for the services they offert. They need to have more detalle with his guests comodities.

Very nice appartment. Simple but clean and contains everything you Need. Restaurant is great; good food at reasonable prices.
Staff is very kind and helpfull. Beautyful area, quilt, you Need a bike or Car. Absolutely recommand This place!

A Memorable Family Holiday!

I stayed here with my parents a while back for ten days. We booked this as a last minute cheap holiday. The room we stayed in was basic but had all the necessary facilities. We were not too bothered about this as we would be travelling out most of the day and therefore this was only a minor factor. Although whilst we were staying here, we met with some friends who stayed in the log cabins which are lovely and set in some beautiful gardens. The thing that made this holiday the most memorable was the owners/family who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We actually decided to eat in a few of the nights as the home-cooked food was so delicious! This is in a great location to walk to the beach and in close range of Kos Town. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was great value for money and you couldn't beat the warm and friendly atmosphere that the owners gave off. I
