Last time I stay here

I have stayed here with no problems in the past but this visit ruined it. Room is big and looks ok at first. If you stay get the top floor or all you'll hear is the people above you walking around. Got in and was getting in bed, pulled the sheets back and found a lot of long black hairs in the bed. So I pulled the sheets over and just laid on top of the comforter with cigarette holes in it. Bathroom grout lines were dirty and moldy. Chair has some type of white stains on the arm and sides. Floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. TV was as small as a computer monitor in that room. For the size of room it is the TV should be bigger. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast was good. However, sleeping in other people's filth is worth a good breakfast.

Not what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express

I know there are few choices in this area, but I would look elsewhere before you stay here. We drove up to see some friends and stay for one night only, thank goodness!

Let me say first that the staff and front desk ladies were amazing!! That's the truth and sadly the best thing about the hotel. It is also across the street from a few places to eat, so the location for this area isn't horrible.

I have NEVER stayed at any hotel where there was NO bar of soap. Seriously?! They expect you to use the tiny bottle of bath gel for bathing and washing your hands. the room that we stayed in had a musty, old smell to it. There was no ice bucket, just a plastic bag provided to put ice in. Not very soundproof rooms, you could hear people in the hallway. I'm sure you get the point by now. Stay somewhere else!!!

Going to be at the hotel for a week to do some work in the area. The hotel was full however we did have a reservation. The exterior of the building look like your typical Holiday Inn, and as we enter the lobby it also looked very familiar. As we entered our room, room was a little worn. Throughout the hotel, there are signs of a lack of care.some of the issues were just cosmetic, however some of the issues definitely needed some maintenance help. The breakfast bar was full and well replenished. But, a lot of TLC or a little make over would bring this holiday inn up to snuff

I rented a King Jacuzzi Suite. The carpeting was a bit worn and dark but the room appeared to be clean. I sat down at the in suite table to eat as I had been traveling for six hours. I discovered a large red and black ant on my shoulder. Flicked it off. Then an ant crawling up my leg then got concerned. Looked closer and ants on tile floor by hot tub. I called to front desk and reported the ant problem. They said they were sorry. I got greased again and went to desk and checked out. I told them That in could not sleep in that infested room.

When I first arrived, I was appalled to see several people at the front entrance smoking cigarettes and the foyer smelled of cigarette smoke .

Most of the staff appear to have little customer service. Hotel very shabby. I am surprised that this is a Holiday Inn. Some are better than others. This is not!
They seem to have a lot of customers so one would think they could update and train staff better.
