There is no one on duty only through an outside intercom phone on the outside - lack of customer service. The jug is broken and that was what was offered and only one toilet roll for 2 people for 2 nights - are we on a ration here? There is no wifi when free wifi is advertised. This is a booking through Expedia which we are sadly disappointed that there was no warning we had to bring our own amenities when Expedia states it is a hotel.

A unit with fantastic walking distance to the main Broadbeach mall - we were here for Blues on Broadbeach. We were looking for somewhere to rest our feet from dancing. This unit was fantastic for it! Bed, kitchenette (I would have liked an oven, but it's not necessary! There were other cooking appliances of great condition to use) bathroom/laundry, and a balcony (with seating) The unit had air-conditioning (we didn't use it) It looked well maintained. The washing machine and dryer worked well, though would steam up the bathroom if you weren't careful! The whole unit was clean and peaceful. Carpeted and quiet. The only concern I had, was a metal track in the carpet for the room divider.... (the lounge folded out to a bed, and you could divide the unit into separate sleeping quarters if needed) but the metal track was a little sharp (think stepping on lego - no blood, but a great way to wake up!) Overall, just what we needed.
*There is a swimming pool/BBQ area, but that wasn't on our agenda

Great location if coming to Blues on Broadbeach. Good size, open unit. Really liked it here BUT Unfortunately there are no staff on site on the weekends except for 9.30 to 10.30am. The call centre you have to deal with have a standard response to any questions...."can not help you". Very impersonal.. Had valid question I needed an answrr to.
Unfortunately someone was renovating in a unit next to us.. continual drilling and noise. Couldn't stay in unit but HAD NO ONE TO SPEAK TO ABOUT IT..frustrating..
Solution...on big activity weekend where units are fully booked, maybe increase reception time.

For anyone not looking for a luxury highrise, Santa Anne by the sea is a very well presented, air conditioned property, which I can definitely recommend and will certainly return to. Whilst some people would be wanting a room with a view, (which are available on the upper lift accessible levels) the Junior suite - Unit one (1) on the ground floor which opened up onto the well kept gardens, was an ideal position for what I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation and the amenities/facilities of this bed/sitting room with ensuite bathroom/laundry and a fully equipped kitchenette. A salt water pool, spa and free undercover parking were all added bonuses. Check-in was very smooth and fast and the manager Ms Mei Lin was pleasantly obliging to answer any queries put to her. The location in Broadbeach is within 5 minutes walking distance from Kurrawa beach, Pacific Fair and Oasis shopping centres, Jupiter Casino, local tram and buses and endless cafes, bars and restaurants to name just a few of the numerous nearby facilities and attractions.

Beautiful and modern unit ,We were very pleasantly surprised ,it was better than expected. Location is excellent ,close to all facilities & tram.Loved the huge TV !!
It was like staying at a 5 star hotel.
