We spent 4 nights in this B and B. Prior going to Milan, i and Emilia exchanged emails since I non stopped asking her advice on different things. She never missed a beat to offer me timely response. About 3 days before we reached Milan, she sent email to further confirm our time of arrival just to prepare everything in advance. We loved her not " taking for granted " approach to make the customers feel important . She explained very carefully how to handle in and out of the B n B . She also enthusiastically gave tips on different things without imposing. The room was clean and big enough while far away from the street as well. The BnB wrote in the building index as B&B Angellis instead of Sant'Agostina. We were glad to try the bell and got Emilia . We suggested to provide alternate breakfast items instead of having pre-packed croissant and cake everyday, eg. offering basic fruits, orange or apple or banana etc.
However, Emilia's passionate approach of business made us happy like the larks.

Emilia is so kind and helpful. The location is very convenient and safe. Walking distance easily to everything. Super clean and comfortable accommodations. Great internet service. Its approximately 24E taxi from Linate airport. Not speaking any Italian she made return taxi reservation for us. She also responded immediately to emails before and during our trip. Many restaurant choices and shops again within a very short walking distance. Convenient to subway also. Loved it!

Our stay at Sant'Ágostino for 2 nights

When we first arrived by taxi and saw the outside of the place our first impression was to get back in the cab and drive off as it reminded us of Council Housing with paint falling off the walls and washing strewn across balconies. Apart from only the cleaner greeting us the first impression walking inside was that it looked like something out of the 50's and as much space as a hallway in a unit. The allocated bedroom was converted from a bedroom to house a bathroom with the toilet facing the bed which can be seen as soon as you open the sliding door to the bathroom. The breakfast consists of a croissant and a cake serviced on plastic plates. This may be ok for a back packer or student but does not deserve an more than 1 star. Thee toilet makes a noise as it has a motor to crunch up whatever you put down the toilet and the shower was broken and very old. Its a 3 bedroom old apartment in a large unit box converted into a B & B but does not have any warmth as it is managed by people that don't even live there.
