Great family hotel

We stayed here in 2016 with 5 kids aged 6, 5, 4, 2 and 1. I picked this hotel because it's lovely and spacious with enormous and beautiful gardens that the kids can run around in. It's a bit out of town (15 mins) but there's a free shuttle bus between the resort and its other hotel in town.

The gardens are the best part, beautifully kept and great for exploring. The pool is large though the whole pool area is a little tired. Pool staff attendance is haphazard.

The breakfast is okay, nothing fancy and the dinner options are minimal. It's much better to eat in town. There's not much food or grocery-wise around so bring supplies with you.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We had 5 rooms booked together on the ground floor and all of our configurations were set up when we arrived; we asked for an extra bed and it was brought straight away.

In all, I'd highly recommend this hotel if travelling with young kids; a relaxed and enjoyable experience

Delightful resort

Beautifully set in gardens, peaceful, comfortable with a clean and welcoming pool.
We only had breakfast in the resort which was very good with excellent service . Rooms were spotless and a good size. Lovely views from the balcony.

such a welcome hotel in lovely grounds with great views over rice paddies and mountains.Not to be confused with the sister hotel in town.There is a shuttle bus to get you in to the beautifully kept and picturesque town about 10 mins drive.A welcome fruit bowl and lovely staff.The most insects we had encountered so far on our trip but well managed by mossie nets.Very nice pool and good breakfast, the staff cant do enough for you, thoroughly enjoyed our stay shame it wasn't longer.

Wonderful hotel to stay in Luang Prabang

I visited Luang Prabang with my family during 29 April - 1 May 2017. We went with the Bangkok Travel Club of Bangkok Airways. We stayed at "Santi Resort & Spa Luang Prabang". It was very fantastic place to stay in a room with the view of huge trees garden and range of mountains. So peaceful indeed !! The hotel has unique Laotian style and decorations. Staff were very polite and friendly. Only one recommdation to the hotel is that they should provide fresh orange juice instead of orange juice from box, and more French-style breads and bakeries as Laos are very famous for !! Whenever visiting this charming city of Luang Prabang, I suggest to stay at this hotel !! Book well in advance though !!

Blissful setting surrounded by lush grounds looking out to open countryside
Water features streams and pools with lotus flowers blooming and a good swimming pool
Bedroom and bathroom large and well appointed
