We stayed in this hotel in May 2015, 550 pesos per night. Very nice room, tidy bathroom, very friendly, English speaking staff who gave us a lot of useful information about Cordoba. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The neighborhood isn't very nice (as Cordoba generally), but it was close to the city centre and to the bus terminal.

the place of Cordoba where it is placed is not good at all, the apartment is not bad, but the common zones in the building (stairs, corridors) are very dark without any light.
the apartments to the front of the building are very noisy.
i cannot recommend this place for sure.

We were scheduled to stay 4 nights at this apart hotel. However, we arrived very late at night (owner was nice enough to stay up and let us in) and after arrival that night we had decided to leave as soon as we could the next morning. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and old cooking odors, the refrigerator was very dirty, there was not even a coffee pot available. The place was dark and dismal. It was a distance from the main plaza, closer to the bus terminal. For the rate they were asking, we expected something of higher quality.
