This is a second years for us in the Saphir resort. We spent two great weeks there. What can I say... Clean, clean, clean, all areas. Great pool and beach. The sea is just perfect. Very friendly staff, very good entertaining team ( not too pushy and not boring), great food and beverages, nice rooms, fun for kids, beautiful garden where you can find few animals. A big Turkish bazaar is very close by if you want to buy something. Only trouble you can find is if you are a English speaker. The staff speaks Turkish, German and Russian..Other then that everything else was really great.

I am sure in some day we go back there 👍 Room was cleaned and nice. Animation in every evening was very intresting. Food very tasty. Weather perfect 27-33c, sea warm. Spa great and people there very helpfull. I loved that hotel really :)

Super clean hotel, nice territory, tasty food

The hotel is really a high level one, European oriented. First thought it was newly opened but checked the web and saw that it was opened 9 years ago - didn't believe it as everything is so new and clean.
The territory of the hotel is not that big, but it's very green and beautiful, like a small botanical garden - lots of flowers and different kinds of trees. Throughout the place there are lots of benches and hammocks, all of them among flowers.
The beach is big enough (we had only 1 or 2 days when all the sunbeds were occupied in the morning), sunbeds and beach umbrellas are always clean. Even in the late evening after guests are sitting on the beach, the cleaner is cleaning the sunbeds from the sand. As well, you can go along the beaches of other hotels both sides, but you will not be able to use other beaches other than of your hotel.
Throughout the day (and night) the security is guarding around and carefully checking whether there are no external guests on the territory.
Our room was on the fifth floor, with balcony, seaview - the room is not big, the beds are not big, but good enough for us.
All the hotel is cleaned carefully every day and everything is really spick and span - children can easily sit even on the floor!
The Spa offers different kinds of service, I tried message and it was good enough (still not the best one I've tried). Usually the prices are super high, but if you take a series of messages, they double decrease the prices.
Food is very tasty, good assortment, fish every day, lots of vegetables, greens, fruits. especially great when they have sea day with lots of seafood in the evening. Every evening there is a big assortment of delicious baklava and other sweets. The dinner starts with a musician playing violin. There is a children menu as well, but it does not mean that they offer smth healthy there :) still, children like that non healthy stuff.
Overall, I would recommend you trying this hotel!

Some things which did not make us happy:
Take into account a small details - they do not give you iron to the room, you can only order their laundry service which is price, so better think in advance when packing the bag ;)
Animation itself and the team were not of the level for this hotel, would rate it as poor. Their key animation manager/chef is unfoundedly pompous; evening programs could be better (to distinguish somehow this hotel from others).
The staff seems to know German better than English or Russian and by default greeting you in German.

Good location, good food. And some problems

Hotel with own beach. Nice beach with nature in five minutes (trees, rocks). Good for walk! What else? Tasty food. Nice selection of fruits out of season (fortunately not only apples). Kind service in restaurant (they prefer german language, but not so big problem for us). Animation team was decent.

First problem? Indoor pool. They didnt heat it in the beginning of our stay. Why not, outside was 23 degrees...? I asked, reception didnt help me. Last day, we find out it is heated!

Second problem? Room. Be aware of rooms near lobby. There is a noise from bar. And rooms are not well soundproofed.

Third problem? Rooms, especially bathrooms, needs renovation. There was sharp edge in the glass wall. Without cover (I have small scar till today). Etc.

Fourth problem? Lifts. We have stroller and baby, so we must wait for lift. And we were waiting sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes 5 minutes. Crazy! The lifts were crowded from higher floors. And one of lifts was aftewards out of service.

Price & performance!

It was a great stay when you evaluate with price! Reception, quality of food, enviroment and beach was great! Animations could be much more better. Quality and quantity of baverages should be improved immidiately!!! They were really awful!!!
