I stayed for one night here in a single room, the staff is okay, very small room, with great views (joking). Food was good here but basic things like shampoo, soap were missing. I had to ask for them at the reception. The floor of the room was clean but walls and roof were hell. No natural light in the room. All night I heard voices and people talking from outside my door.
I would not recommend staying here except if you are okay with above mentioned things.
If you are female traveller: I advice you stay away from this place.

Worst place I stayed in Mumbai - Rip-off Merchants

I've stayed in a lot of places, hotels and hostels around the world. I can honestly say this is one of the worst, and the attitude of the staff is one of disdain for tourists, overcharging as much as they can get away with. They are a terrible example of the attitude of some who prey on people they think don't know the country. I stayed here for one night (only a few hours really) before I was due to fly from the airport. Ended up spending half an hour haggling as the staff was quoting a ridiculous tariff (he saw I was a tourist and tried colluding with my rickshaw driver to make a quick buck). I would have gone to a different hostel if I knew the area better, I think sleeping on the street may have been a better alternative.

I hope the owner/ man I spoke to on the desk realises one day how short-sighted it is to try and con a customer.

Its value for money deal but you can find better place than these, as cleanliness of room is very bad however quality of round the clock beverages are good. But room should be clean & hygienic. Overall staff responses good.

I have been in this hotel already 5 times. I have always enjoyed my stay. The people that work there are the best. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The wifi was excellent, and better as half a year earlier. Close to the airport. Not far from the hotel are the Mahakali Caves. Some very minor thing: this time there were a few small insects in the room. Maybe because there was only one cleaner this time, although a very good and nice one (it used to be 5 cleaners).

It is not too easy to find the hotel, because the entrance is a bit small. But it is close to Onida House, which everyone knows in the area.

Avid traveller - stayed in most types of accomodation but as long as it's clean and I can get sleep I'm OK
This Place - it's 5am haven't slept hardly - staff constantly in the hallway talking outside he rooms - wifi sketchy- the water hasn't worked in our room since arrival despite promises - yes we can't flush !😤
Let alone shower ! Pillows filthy to the point I've made my own out of a tshirt stuffed with other tshirts - I'm sure there's better ways to spend 1500RS in the town !
Oh and the staff - rude little bugger at the front desk 😖
