Complex is very large we was at sapphire, 1 food!!! Husband and son spend 2 day at hospital, 2 need renovation everything is very old 99.1 % Russian tourist, sea is nice, lots of fish, animation all day around all complex , it is Egypt so make ready for everything, but we are enjoy!

Big rooms but a little bit stinky, needs more cleaning and maintenance.

Half of the hotel is furnished while the other half is neglected

Even the name of the hotel is not lit

The room service is about a bit slow but they are very polite and helpful.

myself and my husband have relaxed at this hotel a lot, a quite hotel where you can spend a relaxing holiday, everywhere is comfortable place, the main restaurant, also lobby that you can use a free wi-fi internet. They also provide to whoever like a daily evening entertainment show, swimming pool is large with fresh water. The hotel have also a beach restaurant in relaxing spot. Staff and management are doing their best to ensure good hotel service. We will come back next summer

My friends and I much enjoyed staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the service. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean. No disturbing roommates. Beach is sandy and very clean. Animation staff is friendly and very easygoing. Some night shows were breathtaking. No concerns!

Came with my friends to the Sapphire hotel for the first time and it was a very enjoying vacation. Very wide rooms, good food, We have also enjoyed evening shows. The hotel have a very wide a large beach while you can get a light lunch. I will come back again to this hotel and I recommend this hotel to other tourists.
