Great location with spacious room!
sgmunchieson 06/08/2017 06:30Conveniently located two blocks away from North exit of JR Sapporo. Nearby there is a convenience store, as well as a yummy yakitori shop 串鳥 which opens late into the night!
We love the location and the rooms are spacious by japanese standard relative to the price paid for the room!
Hotel staff are generally very helpful.
Stopover stay
Samantha Kon 03/08/2017 07:23A stopover before heading back. Hotel is within walking distance from Sapporo Station where shopping and food is easily acessible.
Hotel room space is roomy for 2 person and clean. Only thing is the bed mattress is not so comfy as I can feel the spring of the mattress.
But overall, hotel is very clean and location is superb.

Robert Lon 27/07/2017 00:20The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location perfect if you want to be near the train and bus stations for tours and transportation to New Chitose Airport. The Wi-Fi works well (I had no problems with speed) and the breakfast, in my opinion, was excellent. It had variety (western and Japanese) with signs describing each item; and it was fresh and tasty. Try the Hokkaido deer and bean curry. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Like many hotels in Japan, this one hews to a strict 3 p.m. check-in policy. So I had to wait about 40 minutes to register. They stored one of my bags without charge. I had booked a nonsmoking room, but the previous guest apparently smoked and it reeked. Happily, the staff quickly switched me to another room.
A simple way to find the right train station exit to the hotel is to look for signs to the tourist information and JR information center, both of which are at the North exit. Simply walk out the door, cross the street (there's a FamilyMart) and go to the next block. You'll see the hotel on the left diagonally across the street. It's a 5-minute walk, or less, from the station.
Decent choice north of station
Al-Net-Oloon 24/07/2017 01:52Easily accessible from North exit #9. Rooms spacious by japan stds. Handy to be able to do laundry with coin operated washers and dryers.
Our complaint was that the wifi was weak and painfully slow. Also, the key system was not the best. You have to deposit it at the front desk when leaving hotel. But they misplaced ours. And on another occasion, just gave us the key we asked for without verification.

Budsarin Jon 08/07/2017 14:08The hotel is located near Sapporo station so it's really convenient for us to take a train to almost everywhere. Staffs here are really nice and polite. A room is clean and spacious. We stayed here for 4 nights. It's really worth for a money.
