Jennifer Con 12/07/2017 10:04their having a big pool is a plus during your stay.
buffet breakfast is average.
spacious room and bathroom - the main reason why i booked this hotel
though bathroom fixtures are so outdated, it was still a comfortable stay.
Good food and location
vanessaOrangeon 11/07/2017 03:19This hotel is quiet old but the rooms are decent and clean and also big. The location is very good considering this is near SM and seated along the highway. The lobby is very classy and cozy and warm too. The food is what i love the most. The breakfast was really good!

Rooms were OK and big. Though needs some minor repair can be encountered in any hotels
Sarabia LCD was too dark unlike our personal lcd on the other side of the screen...Baka old napo.
Overall we are happy about our stay.
Dated hotel -No wifi
TheQueenofDrizzleon 31/05/2017 13:46We loved Iloilo hospitality. The guards were the epitome of service especially the guard Cordero. Stayed with family and a child for a few nights. Decent good-quality buffet, but it all goes downhill from there. The air condition was falling apart and old. The pillows, towels, and sheets were offwhite and dirty. The toilet does not flush easily. The WIFI did not work. I felt hospitality from the door man and security guards but not reception.
Checked in at 8pm and was lengthily processed by 3 employees that we were confused who we were talking to. The kitchen was closed so we asked for cutlery for the child, but refused to give us even if there were cutlery at the resto across them.
Staff needs better training. They don't need to be subservient to guests, they just need to be professional.
Needs an update
Simon Son 28/05/2017 08:47The saga started with the check in, attendants are really young and the process took 15 minutes or so. The rooms are old, the bathroom is very basic, towels were from the 80's also. On the night we checked in we asked for some cutlery from the restaurant to which we we told that the kitchen is closed and they can't get us cutlery. The little things like that make or break the customer perception - perhaps the staff need some training in this area.
