Great position, clean and friendly
OsinkuBosaon 23/09/2016 15:55We stayed just the one night as we toured the south of the island. The rooms are situated in a very central location and we found the place very clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Charming place
Dingeman-Aon 13/09/2016 07:52Stayed in superior room at the front. Quiet, charming interior in old building, in the very center of Cagliari. Basic, shower (no bath), no lobby, breakfast with ticket from the hotel just around the corner in restaurant Eno. Friendly staff. Would come again.
Friendly and clean hotel
M Lon 02/08/2016 22:30Sardinia Domus has three locations close to each other on and just off Largo Carlo Felice, a road that is central. In fact the hotel is just 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins from Piazza Yenne, the lively square for food and drinks.
The hotel staff are the friendliest I've ever met and greet you with a smile each time. The room I stayed in was clean and the bathroom a decent size. The wardrobe was in not at floor level and I needed to step on a chair to hang things up and I'm not short! The room was air conditioned but as I'm unable to sleep with the hum of it being on during the night, I preferred to open the window. Only problem was that window opened onto a small courtyard so anyone could come through the window, so window stayed shut.
Breakfast is not on the premises but nearby in a cafe. That was fairly basic - coffee, orange juice, muesli, croissant - no choices for each. A couple of mornings I went elsewhere but maybe that's just me. Otherwise a basic and decent hotel and would recommend.
Good location
1982cpon 02/05/2016 17:17Location is perfect, castello is very close so is the marina. Room was a good size, shower pressure was fine and the water was hot. Staff are friendly and parking wasn't too much of a problem (but I can imagine it would be in peak season). Only faults were the breakfast (which was very poor, not restocked and very limited selection), noise from other rooms (not just people talking but noise from water pipes) and the bed (wasn't the most comfortable) but you get what you pay for. Overall fine for one or two nights.
Friendly, clean good value
ChrisTSBattenon 01/03/2016 17:26Very welcoming friendly hotel perfectly located to explore Cagliari. A few hundred meters from the waterfront and a pleasant walk up the hill to the historic sites. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served at a cafe around the corner.
