Dirty and uncomfortable.
Fernando Mon 30/06/2017 04:54I stayed at this hotel recently and found out that this hotel is typically booked by DTS (Government reservation system). However, the chairs in the lobby of the hotel are dirty, while the carpet in my room was also dirty. The shower pressure is poor and balancing cold and hot water was not an easy thing to do. There is no free coffee, as coffee costs 100 yen per cup and I was not impressed with the courtesy of the staff or their knowledge where I could park my car. I do not recommend this hotel, the outside looks a lot better and does not represent how poorly this hotel is operated and maintained!

Prepcookon 12/04/2017 01:10This is a great business class hotel for a lovely stay in Sasebo. It is about a block away from the central Bus terminal and maybe five minutes walk from the main Train station and new enclosed shopping Mall. Diagonally across the street is a wonderful Italian restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner but not every day.
The rooms in the hotel are Japanese business standard size so don't look for the dimensions you might be used to in a Courtyard or typical US business class hotel.
The closet in a double is essentially three hangers in an alcove near the door. The TV
is about 13 inches, maybe a couple of more...The bed is a double, not a Queen. The
floor space is tight so that when one person is standing and on the way to the bathroom
it is best for the other person to sit and wait. There is a mini-fridge and hot pot with tea service and hair dryer.
Breakfast is bountiful! The Japanese style buffet is great and includes a salad bar, cereal, breads, canned fruits, rice, rice congee (like cream of wheat) and all the pickle toppings. Plain yogurt, honey, tofu, soups, a noodle dish, grilled fish fillets, eggs and cocktail sausages, coffee and tea, juice and water.
You can walk almost anywhere from here, and renting a car is not really needed if you
take the time to figure out the buses and trains. You will see more and pay less.

Gap09on 26/03/2017 14:13Room and bathroom on the smaller size but okay. No closet space. Mini refrigerator and wifi. Hot water pressure in shower excellent. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of variety, hot and cold, Western/Asian choices, variety of juices and drinks. Near JR train station and bus station. Within walking distance of restaurants.

Gary Lon 28/12/2016 00:31Need to walk between 5 to 10 minutes from Sasebo JR station. If you don't like walking with luggage then choose a hotel that is just next to the station. Room had WiFi and the usual stuff you find in small Japanese hotels.

Mike Ton 30/07/2016 14:07Typical Japanese accommodations. Space is tight and don't plan on taking too much out of your suitcase. Small closet and no drawers at all. Pullman type bath but you gotta love the toilet. Toto with all the amenities except heated water. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning kept the room cool. Those that have not stayed in a Japanese hotel will be disappointed. Those that have will know what to expect.
