ManuelManteon 09/06/2017 19:10Short stay at this old looking but tidy hotel. Situated close to the city centre of Poprad, perfect for a visit to the high Tantras. Or for onwards travel from Krakow to Bratislava like me. Offers a breakfast, but I didnt use it.

Preacher4allon 27/05/2017 07:24Here we are again at our favourite hotel in Poprad. It's even better than before the rooms have been upgraded and the new beds are very comfortable. As always the management and staff are helpful and kind. My wife and I are here on Christian mission with the Apostolic Church of Slovakia and we love Poprad and the people. If you're visiting Poprad for the first time try Hotel Satel I don’t think you will be dissapointed.

Our room have some dirty marks on wall, gum stick on the ceiling, towels looks very old, no mini fridge in the room, the tv remote control has not batteries and back cover, door to the balcony was loose.
The breaksfast is a plus for €6 good quality and is a buffet.
I will recomend it and I will ho back, however hotel managment need to take care of this issues in the rooms

Marcin Don 05/02/2017 13:21Was nice to be back at the beginning of 80s for a while. I thought that hotels like this don't existe anymore but i was wrong!!! As soon as you enter to the hotel you are back to 80s in communistic Czechoslovakia. The room was smelling old, the bathroom was a bit of disaster I think I would never go back there again. The curtains were broken. The good thing was a breakfast some of the ppl in the reception that spoke english. Unfortunately some of receptionist spoke only Slovakian and weren't very helpful. Internet didn't work at all but we had ours so we didn't buy the extra one. On the other side of the border for this price you can find something much nicer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel although it was nice and funny experience to be back to 80s...!!!
Very old furniture, uncomfortable sleeping
Pavel2709on 21/01/2017 20:19This hotel has low price level, but it has old furniture and very bad and uncomfortable bed. I felt very bad in the morning and I had pack pain. Matress was very hard. I will not sleep there anymore. Service was quit good, but the most important thing is sleeping. Parking place has no camera.
