jackncindyon 26/05/2017 00:22What a wonderful country hotel - great views, beautiful pool and gardens, incredibly well appointed, sparkling clean, and everyone there is warm and friendly!
We stayed two nights and had the most amazing service we've ever had, anywhere. We were traveling with a small hiking tour and were so glad that the hotel staff did everything they could to help us out. They even worked out a laundry service for us - outside of the hotel (not something they typically offer). They delivered more than they promised, too.
Our room was lovely, spacious, with a great view. The shower was a little small, but that is a very minor thing compared with everything else. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool lovely, and the whole hotel is a great place to just BE.
The owner is very hands-on and he must set the tone for the entire staff. When I needed to skip our tour's afternoon hike, he drove over to the nearby town to collect me and bring me back to the hotel (at our guide's request). What a lovely person, too. Very warm and gracious.
If you want to experience Tuscany, the Italian countryside, and their warm hospitality, this is a place you should try. I highly recommend it. (I also can't believe the deal - the price is rock bottom for what you get here!)
Beautiful location, perfect for going to the Termal baths

Our room had a beautiful view that they upgraded us however she didn't explain at the check-in that for the typology of our room we had to pay extra charges for the bathrobe. This is their job to give all the information. It seems crazy to pay 12 Euros per person for a bathrobe. The breakfast can be improved A LOT as there are lots of variety but low quality for the cheese, ham, fruit (only tasteless kiwi) and bread. Better to have less but with higher quality. I suggest this place if you want to go to the Saturnia baths.
Beautiful hotel
londonnowwon 08/01/2017 21:16The hotel is located in a rural area. There is nothing around apart from a village at the other end of the small road (poggio murella). The view is amazing overlooking the tuscan hills. The hotel decor is very stylish and rooms are big. The breakfast buffet is very good as well. Closeby there are the termal springs of saturnia. I recommend this hotel for it!
A relaxing, quiet hotel. A perfect escape.
Jessica Fon 03/10/2016 12:15We stayed here for a week in late September. It was very remote and relaxing, not ideal if you are looking for lots of nightlife. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Very happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or return.
Amazing views and a perfect place to get away for a relaxing break
Becky Bon 21/08/2016 20:22Amazing! Brilliant room with fantastic views of the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Hotel has a lovely spa and outside pool. Resturant attached served us a lovely lunch and brilliant evening meal. We will be going back!
