Lovely, friendly hotel with a personal touch
jmsimps0non 19/02/2017 17:59Pleasant rooms, very clean and good lounge area to use. The staff at reception and in the dining room are really efficient and try very hard to make sure that you have a great stay. Downstairs bedroom was quieter than we expected in the evening. Woken by the church bells at 0800 hrs which was a lovely start to the day and encouraged the skiers to start their day early. Very good all round value with excellent breakfast. Service at the evening meals was slow when the dining room was busy and the menu is a bit limited but good value for money. Staff kindly laid out an early breakfast on the day of departure so we could eat at 0500, thank you!

Very helpful staff and management of the hotel. Some problems at the begging of our stay with restaurant service were efficiently solved very quickly.
Very tasty food and delicious dishes served at the restaurant.
Also improtant: very attractive reduction at ski rental nearby (SkiLoc?) when stayed at Savoy Hotel.
Recommened location and hotel !

572rasakon 12/02/2017 14:14Perfect location (city centre), service, helpful staff, delicious food. Good selection for breakfast. We received a great discount on ski rental. There is a parking space, sauna.Close to telecabine, 10 min. walk.

yonatan pon 29/01/2017 09:59Nice and clean hotel. IN the center of brides les bians. Good location for skiers ; 5 minutes walk to the lift. We had no problems during our 5 days stay.good room for 3 man. very reach breakfast. convenient ski room and parking space.
Dissapointed
on 05/01/2017 08:15The hotel is an average one! Wasn't happy as soon as we arrived, we booked and paid for a matrimonial room with a nice view and was told there are no more rooms available, instead we were given a small room with a view to the church's side wall! So not great!
The cleanliness of the hotel is ok, they cleaned our room every day so quite happy with that! I can't say the same thing about the breakfast! The breakfast was very very poor ,barely anything to eat so really dissapointed with it!! Dinner a bit pricey but ok! The staff was really helpful and nice, they really tried their best to make us feel good! No english tv chanels only french , so not helpful for people that don't understand french!
