Needs some refreshing and renovation
kevinkY9740JJon 28/08/2017 10:08Bathroom was ok, but the rest of our double room needed some renovation. The should invest in new beds, painting, curtains and furniture. Breakfast i great and the staff is friendly and service minded. We found some rests of food in the minibar....
Located centrally, friendly service, some compromise
cm6408on 21/08/2017 23:23The hotel is located centrally in Kungsportsavenyn, just a few minutes walk to attractions. Friendly staff. Room size was OK. Bathroom was very small and whole setup cannot hide it is in use since quite some time. Bed was very soft. Noise from the street in conflict with aim for sleeping - music could be heard through even with closed windows, playing until 6am. Breakfast quality excellent with broad variety of choices. Juices from automated dispenser - were empty and renewed only after complaints from guests. Again not relaxed due to local radio station broadcasting from a corner of the breakfast hall, providing also guests with audio stream - typical morning show low level mix of commercial & talks. Luggage room locked but no receipt for pieces brought in neither control what you take out. Car can be parked in garage nearby for 325SKR per day.

Trying to order a beer in the bar, I did give up after 15 min and went somewhere else.
Old rooms (not all of them)
Even with not disturb sign the staff try's to get in the room.

We liked our room very much.
The service was also very good and we really enjoyed the breakfast, there´s something for everyone.
Way out west
E3146GYpeterlon 16/08/2017 01:35It was ok! And i liked it, i lived in room 666 that was cool! The staff could be more interested but they where nice! Overall a good stay! Always miss Fried eggs! So that would be great but they had oatmeal!
