Perfect autumn weekend
daguma86on 18/10/2016 17:26We spent a weekend at Schlosshotel Ralswiek arriving saturday noon and leaving on Sunday noon. We loved it.
The staff has been super kind and tolerant (late check out with no extra charge). The rooms are quiet and big. The breakfast was insanely delicious.
The best however was the swimming pool and the sauna.
The perfect location to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend in the beautiful island of Rügen. Highly recommended.
Perfect hotel for a romantic weekend
Philiph Son 02/03/2016 20:48If you are visiting Rygen and looking for a quality and peaceful hotel, this property offer just that. Beautiful rooms and communal areas. Great restaurant, offers a reasonable priced menu and good wines. Well presented breakfast buffet. No shops or restaurants in the local area, and you will we need a car to reach this property. WIFI connection very slow, you will need a handful of vouchers from the reception to get online.

It is obvious that the entire staff derives great pleasure in filling all the needs and wishes of the guest, often before the guest is even aware of a need or wish. Our stay became a culinary adventure with each course prepared and served with perfection. A special thanks to Mr. Falke Müller who not only carried out his duties in an impecable manner but also proved to be most congenial and entertaining. His personal flair was a highlight of each meal. Cleanliness and efficiency are best described by the well deserved four plus stars. The only thing that can rivel the operation of the hotel is the breathtaking location surrounded by woods on three sides and the oceanfront on the fourth. One last thank you for the most informative and entertaining tour of the castle.
Beautiful fairy tale castle
Erkki Lon 29/07/2015 11:41The castle is situated on a high hill above the village and seems to be in original condition. Mind you, this is not a very old castle. It was built as the retirement residence of a mining tycoon, who unfortunately died, before it was finished. However, his son finished it and it has since then served in various purposes.......
A difference from other hotels

The Restaurant offers a very good cuisine. The menue is not overloaded. Beside the dish of the day (need to apply early enough) you can choose between local specialities of the region.
Having a glass on wine in front of the fireplace makes the stay even more comfortable and cozy.
The breakfast buffet offers a big selection.
The rooms are spacious, tasteful and clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
Overall we have to say "Always again!"
