Gotthyon 03/05/2017 15:26hotel with high standard of everything (service, restaurant, spa, ski room...). Also recommended for business events. Its located front of ski bus red/blue lines. Amazing view of mountains in the middle of Lenzerheide. If Lenzerheide/Arosa, only this place ;)
A Fine Ski Hotel in the European manner
Mark Oon 05/03/2017 12:55We had one of the Alpenchic rooms - large, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel has everything you'd want in a ski hotel - wellness centre, indoor pool, outdoor hot brine pool and places to relax. The building is quite extensive due to it being added to over the years so you have to learn where things are. It has three dining rooms in the building (but they all have the same menu) and a busy cafe-bar on the street with outside seating as well. Also the hotel has two restaurants in a building 150 metres away - one serving steaks and cheese fondues and the other 'Le Terroir' serving interesting upmarket food from local produce (it's excellent).
The hotel is also very children friendly. Two minor points are that the Ski rooms are quite small and that there is no bar within the hotel, just a lounge with a drinks waiter/waitress service.
Relaxed and enjoyable stay for the whole family
Elsa Son 06/01/2017 17:07We had a wonderful stay over the New Year. The excellent service and activities for the children (ages 5 and 8) meant that everyone enjoyed the evening. What made the evening particularly memorable was that the children could move freely...part of the time was spent with us and when the dinner got too boring they moved to the supervised activities on offer. That way we all had a wonderful stress-free time.

felixspeerlion 05/01/2017 13:25Comfortable modern rooms, extremely nice and helpful staff, best family hotel ever visited by us, excellent food, lots of extras for kids and very nice daycare, wide range of excellent services like a modern spa and sports lessons, best location in town
