Front desk staff was nice at check in, after that it was all down hill. The parking lot lights are very bright, so it feels safe, but the curtains don't keep the light out. Very old looking, rooms and furniture are in desperate need of an update. Floor feels like it sinks as you walk on it. Gross stains on reclining chair and the fabric on the desk chair was rotting away. Shower curtain was nasty, bath tub old and stained, and toilet lid was cracked. No sign of bed bugs. Linens appeared clean, but had several burn holes in them. Was looking for a cheap room for the night, will spend more money next time. Won't stay here again.

We had been looking for a place to stay the night since Chattanooga. It was late and we took whatever they had left, which was a double smoking room. The lights were very bright in the parking lot and shone around the curtains. And the noise of the truck stop next door was pretty loud at times. The room was not clean. Thank God we bring our lysol wipes when we travel. No bedbugs. The sink and tub did not drain well. The counter was a nice granite. The bed was surprisingly comfy and I loved the pillows. Pool wasn't open since it's still early spring. There were a couple burn marks on the sheets. I think it wouldn't be so bad if they even put a little extra care into the property. Location is decent. There's a bunch of things right in walking distance like a Walmart and Starbucks. The nice thing is that even though it was not nice in looks, it was safe, which counts a lot. Your car isn't in danger and there's not a bunch of drug addicts living in the next room over.

Worst ever

This was by far the worst stay and most miserable room ever . The tub and shower were filthy , the faucet broke , the furniture in this kind of shape . Not sure how they can even rent this type of room!

Pros: inexpensive, beds are relatively comfortable, complementary donuts and coffee

Cons: air-conditioner took several hours to cool room, shower had inconsistent temperature, tv not working, seedy check in process, carpet in room is warped, minimal toiletries (no shampoo or conditioner- just soap bar), easy to hear neighbors

Otherwise about what you would expect for the rate!

front desk people were very nice BUT the rooms were not cleaned well at all and most furniture needed cleaned or replaced, I would not even lay my clothes on couch, We were so tired we stayed but when i got up I found hair in shower and on the sheets both long black hair :( IM blonde, and stains all over desk chair, it looked like ketchup and who knows what else ugh that had been there for a long time, Dirt had collected in the arms of the chairs stains on couch. I wanted to take a shower after being there, just not there!
