Saved our vacation!!
Stephanie Mon 15/07/2017 03:12Thank you sea crest for saving our vacation!! We ended up staying here for our vacation due to some other problems with our original hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have to wait during check in but that was due to just booming it online like 5 min. The gentleman that was helping me called me over as soon as he got our conformation. They even had a mermaid in the po for the kids to enjoy. I just can not say it enough thank you sea crest for saving our vacation!! We will be staying again when we return to myrtle Beach!
My anniversary week
Tiera Ron 14/07/2017 14:59I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff was amazing, and because it was my anniversary I got a free cruise ride which was beatiful, only bad thing but not deal breaker was we paid for king size but looks like a queen other than that i loved the place
Rough start finished on a positive
kathilansingeron 13/07/2017 19:59Although we were greeted by police cars blocking the entrance and a rough crowd when we arrived (AVOID senior week/month), the hotel staff and the accommodations were enjoyable. Housekeeping did not clean our floors during our 5-night stay at all, and pillowcases had a concerning, strong cologne odor at check-in, but I would still recommend this hotel overall for the beach access, nice little grill for lunch, and cleanliness otherwise. WiFi was often very weak or not working inside the room.
Myrtle Beach 2017 Summer of Fun
Mary Pon 10/07/2017 19:55For the price this was an excellent value. The room was clean, very basic, and easily accessible to the pool and the beach. They staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. There were a couple of issues the first night, the tub did not drain very well. By the next morning the maintenance staff had addressed and all was well.
Stay away a very rude General Manager Son talk about nepotism
cindyray06on 06/07/2017 22:39When reservation was first made I requested all (3) Junior Suites on the same floor, state no problem. Was not done. First room smelled like piss but the cleaning person stated they were having issues of mold. Move to another room, then the next day moved to another room! another group was moved also because of odors!!! The Genera Manager son works there which he should not he is very rude!!! Talk about nepotism, instead of bring your child to work this issue should be take him behind the barn!!! Wall decoration fell off the wall and injured my son's foot!!! The Technician came to me to inform me the wall decoration was not installed correctly!!! Was told I was getting 50% off the rooms the first (2) nights and then 20% off total bill which did not happen. Would not recommend this resort for anyone!!!!!! No one needs to bring more then one vehicle because you are only getting (1) parking place per room.
