The seahorse is the best place to be ocean front. We stay here at least once a year and love it. We love the kitchen to be able to cook our own breakfast and even fall asleep on the balcony at times. This year we seen fawn right in the yard. It's close to the casino just 4min away.

Room was huge, pet friendly. View can not be beat, ocean front. Close to everything you could want to do. Steps from the beach. Pool too for those who are tired of the ocean view!!! Different room options, including kitchen units.

This is in addition to my last review.
They state that there is a continental breakfast and it consists of bananas coffee hot chocolate and tea.
My wife and I have been laughing about what a joke this place.
I will never recommend staying even to my worst enemy.

Cabin w/ Woodstove Experience, Very Pet Friendly

Knowing that the place was pet friendly, we finally got to bring our Marley. Having known that the cabin came with all amenities and sleeps 4 were great. The biggest downfall was that the sofa/sleeper mattress was so old and used that you could feel every spring in the mattress. Needless to say, the wife and I didn't get a good night rest for two days. Water pressure in the shower was kind of low. If you have long hair, well plan on staying in there for a while. All in all, I rate this place as two stars for now because who stays up all night waiting to do an activity the next day. Well, hopefully the next time the unit will have an updated mattress to make our next stay positive rather than semi-negative. If they had a better mattress, I would probably give it a 4 or 5 Star rating, just because we got to take our wonderful dog with us. Yes, they are very pet friendly. Would I stay there again? Wife said only if it were the two of us, and not having to sleep on a sofa/sleeper again. Also, they do provide free Wifi, but it was down most of the weekend when were there.

Beautiful view....nothing else.

My family and I have been staying here for years, we have a large dog and a lot of hotels have size limits which the Seahorse does not. Last time we stayed there we had a really loud family above us and when we said something the front desk was not helpful at all. We wrote to the hotel upon our return home and explained that we would try one more time (new ownership so there's a transition).

Well, we stayed this Saturday night. The review that mentions the cleaning staff being noisy, yes, very. The bathroom sink took 10 minutes to turn hot-5 minutes into the process I called the front desk to say that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I checked the bathtub and there was no water for the bathtub. The night manager came and told me that the sink had hot water-I just needed to wait.

So, as I mentioned the bathtub didn't work-the shower worked but the bathtub drain didn't work well either so you shower in standing water.

I emailed the property when we got back and received the same stamped response we got the first time-we are sorry for your experience, we hope you stay with us again.
