We've just come back from cyprus with family and friends and stayed at sea n lake . What can I say !! Perfect apartments ! Perfect location ! Family run ! Friendly, clean !! Top service !! Have stayed before and no other place is better than this !! Will always return !!

Spacious and clean

The apartments are spacious and well equipped, the apartments and whole complex are kept spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, including kettle (no limescale at all inside, wow!) toaster and microwave.

The pool area is quite small but adequate and quietens off after lunch The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced.

The deal we had did not include air conditioning and this was charged at 10Euro a day.

The beach is only 10mins walk away as is the lake. The town is about 20mins walk or there is a bus close by which is 1.50 each.

The room we had faced out from the back of the building over Makenzy hill and we had a sea view, there was quite a lot of noise from the bars and clubs at Makenzy beach, particularly on the weekend (until 3 or 4 am) If you had a room facing the pool area I don't think this would be a problem

Excellent self catering accommodation. We would recommend the Sea n Lake View apartments to anyone going to Larnaka. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable, though only one pillow per bed.
It's the little things that make a difference, like they have tea/coffee "mugs" instead of the tiny tea cups that you usually find in self catering apartments, and that they provided washing up liquid and a scourer.
The apartments are in two blocks around a good size pool. One block is three stories but does have a lift.
Adjacent to the reception area there is a well stocked bar with outdoor pool table, two wide screen televisions with satellite channels in the bar area, and good hot food.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
There is air conditioning in the apartment, at extra cost, and we found that we needed it in July.
One small point; we could not see the sea or the lake from our apartment but what's in a name.
The beach is ten minutes walk away down a gentle slope (we walk slowly); 15 minutes on the way back.

We had a very positive experience at these apartments. The place is very clean and architecturally very interesting. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also surprisingly generous. The apartment was spacious.

First stay in Cyprus after a long flight

Extremely delightful and clean. We arrived after Emirates had managed to forget our baggage in Dubai and were welcomed as long lost friends. The reception was great and efficient. The pool area looked so inviting and it seemed that most guests spent time around the clear sparkling pool. Our room was spacious, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Big advantage was the close proximity to the airport and about a 20 to 30 minute walk away from Finikoudis town. The bar/dining area was cosy, clean and had stocks from ice cream to drinks and crisps. The apartments are close to the famous Mackenzie beach and worth a quick walk to. The only real negative is that we had to pay 10 Euro per day for aircon and believe me you need it.
