We exchanged a timeshare week and were extremely pleased! Great location with a super-friendly staff. A very nice restaurant if you want them to cook (and it's reasonable for sure, but way under used), or you can use one of their grills to cook-out. Nice pool (as long as the kids aren't playing endless games of "Marco/Polo"!) and views of off your balcony. They also have free DVDs to use (the TV channels are almost all Latin America based) and washer/dryers if you need them. The front desk team is VERY helpful and the gal in charge even bought mi esposa flowers for her birthday - WAY above and beyond, but they just seemed happy to please us! I HIGHLY recommend this place and if we come back it'll be to this hotel for sure!

I was recommended this place by a co worker , a little quiet and a little of the beaten track , but the views are breath taking , the sunrise is stunning , only down side for the Business traveler , breakfast is not served before 8 am

Good location, not the best sea swim area. Nice pool area, a bit loud with kids and music on the weekend.
Great daily tidy up service. Ok for light food prep. If a serious cook bring knifes, etc.
Super comfortable beds!

I have traveled to Guaymas-San Carlos for many years, is very hard to find a "complete" acceptable hotel at this destination. Finally it looks like I found it!!. Very comfortable spacious and everything works okay. My only surprise was at the breakfast.....they did not have juice!!!🙈🙈🙈🙈. Even though with this incidence is the best here. Good job, please make your plans for breakfast......ha!, thanks!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The grounds are clean the room is clean and very comfortable and the views of the ocean is spectacular. It is close to a beautiful beach. My wife, boys and I had an amazing time here and we can't wait to go back!
