The hotel is nice & the price is right! The only thing wich I think is pretty weak is the breakfast they offer, but other then that no complaints. Location is Fabulous. I would definitely go back.
Hollywood boardwalk is really is a most see.

We needed a room at the last minute when lots of hotels were full and used a coupon book for "Hollywood Beach Hotel." Once we checked in, we were told we would not be staying in the main building but a satellite property. That brought us to Sea Turtle.
Nice area but afraid to leave cruise bags in car so had to schlep them up stairs. Works beds in the world. Cheap furnishings.
Maybe good for an extended, family budget stay near the beach.
Location to the beach excellent (0ne minute) and the city has built a fantastic beach walk.

We spent one night at this hotel and thank goodness for that. The location of this place is close to the boardwalk, about a one minute walk with another hotel blocking the view of the beach. There is no pool on the premise but you are allowed to use one of their other hotels pool if you wish. The parking is not sufficient for the amount of rooms the hotel has though there are a few coin operated metered spaces close by. The room had been recently mopped as we could see the wet floor and the smell of the floor detergent used as we walked in. After about a few minutes of being inside the room it became obvious that cleanliness is not a priority. Dirt,sand and dust balls in the corners, old grease stains all over the kitchen cabinets, and the worst of it all.... stained and dirty bed sheets and pillow cases. Couldn't tell if the bathroom was clean or not because it was very old and only assumed it was dirty because the rest of the room being dirty. The TV remote did not work. The one staff member i encountered was polite. I knew before i entered the room that this was the only room available so i could not change rooms and all the other hotels were booked solid. The wife and I stood out late and slept with the bed covers over the bed. We will not be returning to this hotel unless it goes through a major renovation.

From the beginning this place was a fiasco. Dirty rooms, rude and incompetent staff and miscommunication around every corner. Our unit was booked in Sept (previous owner and our flights were alreday confirmed). They then repriced the unit $40+ per night and we were trapped. Celing, toilet and air conditioning leaked, missing all kinds of items including sheets for the pull out couch and basic kitchen utensils that we ended up buying. My wife spent 2 days cleaning floors and rewash sheets! When we spoke to staff, the 25% fee would be charged if we changed our location-meant loosing $1100!!
When my mom fell during a leaky celing roof it took 2 days to fix and a limited apology from any staff member. Only highlight might have been Natasha-others on staff can learn from her!! I definitely wont recommend or wont be back!

Had a great time. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Steps to the board walk/beach. It was wonderful. Waking up and looking at the ocean. If you are looking for a comfortable family friendly place to stay for a reasonable price with easy access ti tge beach this is it.
