Location is very close to the beach, restaurants, and D'mall. Located at Station 2.
Food is very good.
Hotel staff are approachable.
Clean rooms, and Bath rooms.
With WiFi, Cable TV and MIni-Refrigerator.
Other rooms are Under maintenance, I think they are expanding for more rooms. (Hoping that the construction is done next time we come back)
Affordable room rate.
I'll definitely recommend this place, and come back here again.

The hotel has a perfect location, near to the highway and just a minute walk away from the beach and 2 mins walk to D'Mall. I have a comfortable stay here just like the first time I stayed with my family. Staffs were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast that they are serving is very delicious and the serving is big for my appetite. Wifi connection is fast. Restroom is clean. They just need to upgrade some of the features of the hotel like the television and the cable connection and their blankets/comforter. But overall, I am satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back and recommend with friends.

Hotel disaster

Arrived to find most of the hotel in demolition! I think it would have been prudent to let us know before booking. The room was poorly maintained and looked nothing like the brochure. We were given an upgrade which was somewhat better but the bathroom was very small for a family of 4.There is no dining room as it is presently being demolished and the only space to have breakfast was a small veranda right next to the demolition! Breakfast was very limited and a bit ordinary.On a positive note the staff were helpful and when it is rebuilt it might be very nice. Avoid while the rebuild takes place. Very central, cheap and close to the beach.

Second time stayed there, still one of my option in next trip for Boracay

Just 2 minute walk to white beach, anything you can find in white beach. Lots of TV channels available.

Stayed 3 nights there, the window type air-conditioner quite noise, no view from my room, breakfast only serve in room; some day you have to wait up to 30-40 minute some day just 15 minute.

Bottled water in room not free, you have to pay if you drink it.

Wifi need improve.

Seabird resort is just within a minute walk to the station 2 boracay beach. We had huge room & comfy beddings. I never thought that the room we will be getting is a new one (because what i see from the pictures posted in tripadvisor are old rooms-i think the old rooms are the "superior rooms" while the new ones are the "family rooms").
