289jimfon 15/02/2017 16:39This is a great B and B in the grand tradition of b and b's in the UK. The hosts ,Bernice and Mick were very warm and friendly ,the room clean and comfortable etc. This is the nearest place to stay near the quay which at dusk has a most beautiful light. Will be returning!
Great location and lovely hosts
Ellesbelles23on 22/11/2015 23:42My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding to attend in Christchurch. The owner was very helpful and accommodating as we were unable to arrive until late, but she left us access to our room and was very welcoming.
We stayed in a lovely room with a 4 poster-bed and ensuite. There were tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits which was a lovely touch and these were refilled on our second day. Breakfast was really lovely- a great selection: cereal, yoghurt, fruit and then a large cooked breakfast too: nothing was too much for the host.
The location of the bed and breakfast is ideal- we had a wedding at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa and were able to walk to it in 5 minutes.
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay and would happily return again.
Lovely location, very accommodating host!
MistyTbarneson 12/09/2015 21:36My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay here. We had a wedding to attend at the Harbour hotel and this b&b was the perfect location for it and a lot cheaper than staying at the hotel. Therefore, we chose to stay 2 nights. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who clearly has the customer's best interests at heart and is passionate about delivering a good level of service with organisation. The lady did ask several questions but we took that as her showing an interest and for her sake to try and organise her availability whilst also having a life of her own.
The location is superb! 5 minute walk to the water, pub and quay and a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel.
We had the top room (room 3) with large roof windows, separate en suite, view of the water, double bed, to and tea/coffee facilities. The ceiling is slanted due to it being the top room but nothing to cause any problems.
Both mornings we had breakfast at a shared dining table, which was ok as encourages you to talk to others and learn their stories. The breakfast was plentiful!! Cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc if you wanted it and a full breakfast cooked to order.
I forgot a hairdryer and was provided with one to use and my husband needed an iron of which again, was no trouble and were provided with one.
We had a good giggle with the lady and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again!
Great location in Mudeford close to the Quay
Paul Won 24/08/2015 20:49Great location in Mudeford close to the Quay and the car parking was very useful on site. Nice welcome and friendly owner of Seapoint. Clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom all well maintained. Free wifi with excellent reception. Breakfast was very good and we would definitely stay again when in the area.
Very Pleasent Stay
David Con 10/08/2015 21:23We stayed for a Saturday night in Mudeford at Seapoint and appreciated the high standard of room and good location. The landlady was very welcoming and helpful. There was parking space immediately outside the door. We would stay again as the location was superb as was the breakfast
