Average accommodation but I expected little bit more

This hotel has pros and cons. It is relatively cheap but also has a lot of sundries which you could see on my photos. I was with my family of 5. 3 children, husband and myself. The good one was outdoor parking in guarded and closed yard. Also, we have had a free garage in the basement with lot of parking space and automatic garage door with pass code for any room. On the top there was a pool with beautiful view. The reception was ok, clean with pool table. There was also the best wi-fi signal which is free but not useful all around.
We had one room without window. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen together with other bedroom. In the kitchen there was a microwave oven, fridge, cooker and dishwasher. Even on the page write that we need to pay additional summe for use mini kitchen, we didn`t because they gave us a key without payment. All was in function. Like I sad before there was a lot of sundries. The door of the bathroom was not in properly function, so the light comes out through the break. In the room there was no shelf which was there before. A lot of little damages all over the apartment. Also, the climate system was noisy.
Very positive, if you wish to visit Marineland, is location. No need to walk more than 10 minutes through park at the right side and you will be in front of the main gate of Marineland. Also, 10 minutes drive is to catch Nice or, at the other side, 5 min to Antibes. We didn`t use public transport but the bus station is just a minute in front of the hotel. I try to be realistic because in France there are no cheap and excellent accommodation in one place. Also, the stars usually don`t corespondent the stars of the hotels in Croatia. So, need to be real and to know this is Cote Azur. It has it`s price.

Low quality

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were very disappointed. High price, low quality.

Firstly, the the bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat had a nasty yellow colour, and the bathroom floor was sticky, which made it feel like the bathroom wasn't being regularly cleaned. However the rest of the rest of the apartment felt clean.

Air conditioning: the air conditioning is installed, but it doesn't work at all.

The staff wasn't nice or helpful in any way. You are informed that the reception is closed between 12 and 3 pm, but it is very inconvenient.

The hotel says: "sea side", but the it is at least 1 kilometer to the beach. There are train rails between the beach and the hotel which makes the journey to the beach much longer.

Everything costs extra i.e. safe, kitchen appliances, expensive breakfast.

The hotel is nowhere near anything.

However, the hotel had a nice rooftop-pool with a great view.

You get what you paid for. That's why it's so cheap. No plates, glasses , or even toilet paper. I do not recommend this place. We got there around 7 pm, every store in the area was closed. No chance to get ice or anything. . Lucky for us we found McDonalds.

Breakfast it's ok for €10. This is the only positive comment about this place.

Not really what we were expecting

Clean Hotel, nice position, nice swimming pool on the roof.

We checked in around 4 and the room was still dirty, when we asked the receptionist to give us a new room she answered in a really rude mode . Bad wifi, isn't working in the rooms just a little bit in the hall. Difficult to find even with the navigator

Basic but quite comfortable

Staff was very friendly, location quite good if you have a car, because beach is faraway. Simple room, just for a sleep, because all furniture is quite uncomfortable. I was happy with cleaning service and parking, also towels during all our staying was supplied for free. Just one think: the hotel offer the gym, but everything is quite poor there even for simple exercises.
