Close to the beach
Wendy Hon 15/10/2014 12:58A little tricky to find and parking can be a problem if you want to park close to the apartments. The apartment we had didn't overlook the sea, but it was clean and spacious for a family of 4. The manager was very helpful organising laundry, etc. Wifi was ok. Pet friendly. Would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.
Nice apartments - fair price for a good location
Bianca Aon 05/08/2014 16:05They have very nice apartments, with all you need for a vacation; they are fully equipped including towels and hair drier. There is enough space for four adults. Do not expect to luxury but to practical and comfortable apartments.
They are very close to the beach. There is no sea view from any of the apartments but you can hear the waves, especially in the quiet mornings.

Quite and nice
RyabovAlexon 28/06/2014 19:50We accidentally picked this place over local trip agency and didn't regret at all.
The Apart-hotel is located on the first line, but you don't get the sea view, neither you get garden view as it is hidden between 2 hotels. Meanwhile you get very spacious apartment (we had 2 rooms: living room and a bedroom). The apartment is good equipped (fridge, boiler, good air-condition, ceramic cooking surface, several pillows sizes to choose, safe, etc). Furniture is in good condition.
It takes around 15-20 seconds to get to the beach.
Sveti Stefan is quite steep resort and it is nice to live very low near the beach.
The hotel is quite at night (from 22:00 it is already very quite as there are no bars and disco's around).
It seems like the hotel has soundproof as it was very peacefull (we are very intense to the sound).
Good and very reasonable restaurants are just 5-7 mins walk from the hotel.
So, good hotel for reasonable price.
Too few staff to run this place
Zika Kon 08/08/2012 12:33Stayed with family of 4 in July/August 2012.
The appartments are sufficient in size. Seperate bedroom and two sofa beds in living room. Furnitute is decent although the sofa beds coud and living room chairs use some cleaning.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 (weak) hearth plates, a fridge (very weak 80W) and a rapid water heater. In terms of plates, spoons, etc. it offers only the bare necessities.
The appartments are facing the back wall of another building just 15 ft. away, which makes the term "sun terrace" a bit exagerated.
The beach is just some 100ft. away and access is via a wide stairway, about 3-4 stories high, with the last 10 steps or so onto the beach being a bit improvised.
The main donwside is the fact that the two maids are owerwhelmed with the 20 appartments that have to be serviced. So every service, wheather fresh towels/linen or cleaning the floors/bathroom is on demand only. They are friendly and willing to help, but often an over-demanded resource. As a result everything could be a bit cleaner and more convenient for the guests.
