Perfect sport for a few days business trip
Clive Ton 09/08/2017 11:59Flew into Manila airport on Sunday 30th July for a two day business trip. I was told to use Uber instead of local taxis but instead opted from Hotel transfer which was arranged simply by calling the hotel a few days in advance.
I really like the location , you are only a few steps away from a nice shopping street with plenty of eateries to choose from. There is a mini-market about 50m away should you need to stock up on anything.
Check-in/Check-out: The reception area is quite small and I could imagine a few queues during busy times although for me personally everything was quite straight forward.
Staff were polite and friendly, no issues at all.
Facilities: Really liked my room and the very large. Bathroom was just perfect for me.
As with most major cities, there is construction everywhere with major building work going on close-by. I have to say though that I didn't hear any noise at all....must be good sound-proofing.
I didn't try to use any other facilities so I can't comment.
Breakfast: Simply put, the dining area is not big enough for the amount of people staying there. Once all available seats are full, people are invited to sit in the reception area (remember - quite small) until a table is free. For people who are leaving for office etc this can be annoying. I have stayed at other hotels where the breakfast area is not large enough and some of them use a simple traffic light system that displays quiet and busy times. The breakfast buffet itself was quite good and I was able to find everything that I needed. Eggs can be ordered at the table and brought to you... I guess without the space having an "egg-station" is not practical.
Cleanliness: Excellent not even the usual plates outside bedroom doors that you find in some hotels..well done Seda.
Would I stay here again - most certainly, this is now my hotel of choice when on Business in Manila.
Perfect hotel for a Girl's Night out
Blessie Con 08/08/2017 00:57The hotel is close to really good restaurants around the fort area. They have a nice rooftop bar too which closes at 1am. The rooms are spacious enough although, better to bring your own bathroom amenities.
Ticked all the boxes - I couldn't recommend this highly enough
Divan Von 07/08/2017 10:04I booked this on the recommendation of a friend, as it was located close to where my business meetings were scheduled. Besides the fact that it's located right smack in the middle of BGC, and surrounded by offices and plenty of great dining/shopping options, the thing that really stood out for me was the quality of service. Every time I called up room service, or when I was at the hotel restaurant, or at the reception/concierge, the service was really top-notch: the staff were super friendly and polite, and always accommodating.
Another big plus for this hotel was the excellent breakfast buffet - great selection of local, Filipino items as well as continental/Western food choices.
All things considered, in particular the price for the deluxe room, this was a great hotel and highly recommended.
Great Room, Great Service, and Fantastic Location
GSREvoon 06/08/2017 23:55Right next to the Bonifacio High-Street with all of the shops and eateries, this was a fantastic location with really friendly staff right through the hotel. The rooms were clean and quite large, with comfy beds / pillows, and a reasonably sized bathroom with large shower.
Nice and very accommodating staff
bjun jon 06/08/2017 20:38My mom was sick when we checked in. I had to leave her for a while to attend some very important matter but staff were all kind enough to provide all her needs while I was away. Everybody was smiling and we felt very at home during the stay.
Buffet breakfast was superb. My wife and my kids enjoyed the whole stay too.
