Location was nice and close to regatta centre. Good beds and clean rooms made it easy to sleep. Friendly service. Great breakfast onsite. On site bicycle hire made it easy to get around. It's only a short flat safe ride to regatta centre and in to centre of Brandenburg an der Havel.

Paying a tribute to president Havel

We were on our European trip when we stayed in Seehotel. The hotel itself is nicely situated close to the small grassy beach on the river Havel. The water was warm but it was too late to swim and mosquitos were biting. The boat renting business was about to be closed but happy to be used tomorrow- too late for us.Then we had a nice buffet dinner with German dishes which suited our palate. Our room was nice and cosy with an excellent shower but I must admit completely different from the one given on the description on the booking form. The hotel staff was polite and extremely helpful so it was a pleasure to stay in Brielow.

rustic and isolated!

for a hotel in a national park not very far from Berlin, I expected more. The hotel requires some tender loving care. The staff was wonderful. They accommodated our bikes in the garage out back. the breakfast was adequate. There are few places to eat supper. Our trip was in the early spring and it was cool outside. you are steps away from beautiful beaches but these would be only good in July and August.there are no small grocery stores nearby to pick up those extras, so come prepared.
