I don't know what to say

- Comfortable bed
- You can dark your room as much as you can with the blinds.
Not so positive things:
- It's not a hotel, so they don't clean your room or change your towels (or provide toilet paper) daily.
- Breakfast is basic. Luckily there is a veeery nice bakery just in front, and a Carrefour round the corner.
Negative things:
- Cleaning is bad. There was an old very used piece of soap at the shower, that was quite disgusting. I also found some of those short hairs that you don't need to find in a room.
- There was also dust in the room.
- The fabric of the two chairs and the sofa-bed was terribly dirty, I didn't sit down or put anything on them.
- There was something broken at the window and instead of fixing it, they had put some pieces of paper to avoid the air to come into the room.
The staff of the front desk are quite smily and nice. At least...
But I'll try to avoid being there again.

annef918on 19/03/2017 19:17A very good place to stay for a short trip to Nantes. We were in a Duplex apt. Well fitted out. Basic. But note no hairdryer. Not sure if we could have got one at reception but we were there at weekend. The Navette from Airport stop is 2 mins away. Le Lieu Unique stop. €8.50 single trip. All places to see nearby. Carrefour city is just around the corner which is very handy. And there is a lovely Boulangerie opposite. A great sign is there is a constant queue with locals there. Open early morning
Pretty basic fare

However, I will have to say that my bed was comfortable, so I can't complain too much - the bed is usually the problem in most hotels. But the bathroom was soo old that it was surprising anything worked. Walls were quite thin and it has the most bizarre locks on the room doors. It is fine as an overnighter, ideally located very close to a supermarket (which I always find is handy) and close to train.

Pattproon 15/08/2016 01:50This hotel is well located - close to the train station and the castle. It also has parking available. The room was very nice with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Allen George Don 23/07/2016 13:03Room was nice, large and clean - handy having a sink unit, hot plates and microwave (although I didnt use them) stayed a week and was just left to myself, no one looked in during that time which was ok as i didnt need anything - no AC was a bit inconvenient as it was up in the 30's for most of my stay
