Good average hotel for average folks
Fulton54on 27/06/2016 23:46We knew after reading several reviews, things may not be good when we arrived at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! It was a clean, inexpensive room that worked out fine for our needs. Bathroom was good. Towels and bedding good. Firm mattress. Sure it's dated, but we've seen worse. The staff is exceptionally helpful and very friendly. We arrived late and had asked for an extension to check out and was told that we could have as long as needed. When passing thru again, we'll definetly stay here.
Dusty and worrisome
Selkiyon 30/09/2015 21:27There was an old bar of soap in the shower, the room was not clean. In fact it was quite dusty. I the bed was comfortable enough but several times I checked and rechecked to make sure there were no bugs or filth in the sheets and blankets or mattress. I'd prefer never to stay there again... The place looked run down and dusty on the whole. Not a place that I would recommend.... Ever.
Not worth the price!
Beverly Hon 09/07/2015 23:19This motel is in much need of repair and replacement of linens, mattress, shower jobs, tubs, etc. The towels and sheets were so thread bare. One of the pillows was so lumpy it was pathetic. The shower knob was broken and there was a crack in the bottom of the tub. They had tried to seal it, but when you stood in that spot, it came apart. I'm sure water was ending up between the tub and the floor.
The service consisted of having to dial number to check in or report any problems. Not a customer friendly environment.!
Would stay on the street next time!

balbertazzi68on 28/11/2014 08:11I want to let all know please do not stay at the Select inn in Grafton ND. There rooms are nice however there service is HORRIBLE!! one of the room had a broken shower knob and it was never fixed. Also the Police have been call there numerous times for DRUGS and other incidents I am recommending that NO ONE stay there until there service improves. The AMERICAN INN across the Street is a lot better and provides OUTSTANDING Customer service for the price you pay. Its a lot cleaner and the atmosphere is more pleasant. Also the hotel rooms had phones that you have to pay $4.00 per call to use.
