Visited this hotel end of june, judging by the reviews we thought it would be great, booked for a week only stayed a day, rooms outdated, door was a nightmare to open and shut, light switch kept falling off wall when key was inserted, food was the worst we've had in turkey and have been visiting for 20 yrs, 3 times a year. The hotel closed the bar in the hottest part of the day (to clean it) no cleaning going on, no bar staff in sight, when complained staff said water was available behind bar but we could not get it as no staff, they said its only closed for an hour, bearing in mind weather was red hot and we had no access to any drinks!( supposed to be all inclusive) we were told this happened on a regular basis, never been to a all inclusive hotel were they closed a bar to clean in the hottest part of the day, I can guess they saved a lot of money during that hour. dogs barked nonstop when you are trying to sleep. We are in the process of complaining through company we booked with to get refund as we had to move and pay for another, we were told could take a month for complaint to be seen to so are out of pocket for hotel we did not even stay in, staff and manager at this hotel are not interested if you have a problem so save your money and go elsewhere.

hi I booked this so called hotel all inclusive we arrived and showed to our rooms very basic but clean late at night got up next day wires coming out of the wall sockets the door wouldn't lock there were ants all over the balcony we went down to breakfast that was just a joke warm soggy fruit no eggs bread sausage I was told off a old couple you have to be up early to get anything that is eatable so we said we would get a sunbed that's was a joke most of them were either smashed or covered in dirt so I then said ill get us a drink another joke small plastic dirty smelly cups I looked at my partner and she looked at me and I just started to laugh this can not get any worse but it can we went for dinner it was like being at school you had the so called cook slopping out the so called eatable this was more like pig swill the sweats were none so late afternoon it was over 40 degree I went to the bar and was told bar finish for 1 hour I said I need a drink the bar man just laughed and said this is normal I said I want to see manager who then said it is only one hour and his staff were having a break drinking and eating I then said I want my money back he just looked at the receptionist and said typical English we left that day I would like to say to the people who revue this hotel may have been several years ago as this is one of the worst I have ever stayed in your better off getting a tent

hi Mr & Mrs Black here avoid this hotel like the plague food is disgusting soup was like warm sour milk with bits in it the salad was cold sprouts with cheapest tomato sauce you can buy main meal some type of chicken in bread crumbs I wouldn't give this to my dog even the cats at the hotel didn't eat it the pasta was sour and smelled like sweaty feat the drink at the hotel is like warm watered down lager that is served in small plastic smelly dirty cups the rooms were pretty tidy but dated the door would not lock and there were wires coming out of the wall the staff play pool and are on there phones all day every day

We booked to stay here all inclusive for 11 nights, we ended up eating out near enough every night costing us more money as they do not cater for anyone else other than turkish guests. We had things stolen from our room, including nike mens sandals, hugo boss aftershave and a hugo boss watch. The staff were pervy and spoke very little english. The drinks on offer for all inlusive were shocking and included pop beer and vodka and nothing else. Very small spread of food and not much to choose from. Would be a nice meal if you were turkish but we are not. We left this hotel after 4 days and moved to club alpina in marmaris which we could not fault. The only positive to this hotel was that the pool was clean and the room was cleaned every day, hence the 2 star rating. Will not be returning, and would not recomend this hotel to anyone!! STAY AWAY

best holiday ever

This hotel is small but the most friendly I have ever been to. Kevin the BOSS is so gorgeous and all the staff made our holiday special. Did not stop laughing all the time we were there. Very basic food but plentiful and rooms OK but you do only go there to sleep and shower.
