Terrible
Lovritoon 04/07/2017 12:58Bad food, bad waiters, not good hotel and rooms are dirty, its not good place to go with friends or family. Go somewhere else or you will be dissapointed. Lloret is a beautiful place with beautiful beaches and good night clubs but hotels and security is not good. My friends were looted when we were outside.
more stolen electricity
garyconnor59on 16/09/2016 19:11we were move to this hotel as our other hotel caught fire 4 star I don't think so very poor food and after three days a huge generator was placed outside our window running 24 hours a day turns out this was sister hotel of sun village and they were stealing electricity from the street lights we went in a group of ten and it ruined our holiday only redeeming feature was the pool area

Sanjidah Kon 09/09/2016 10:58Bad food, old rooms, electricity goes off randomly. The food isn't labelled so can't tell what half the stuff is. The pool is nice and clean. All inclusive and drinks is only till 11-11 and it's all fake cola, cheap alcoholic drinks etc. The staff are nice and friendly but even they agreed the hotel isn't four star when we complained and said speak to your travel agent. Do not go to this hotel honestly it's terrible.
pool was lovely, room is standard, food was awful
brookejeades06on 03/09/2016 10:29We stayed in room 401 which is the top floor looking over the pool. The POOL VIEW was nice and there was a little balcony with a plastic table and three chairs, but thats all that can fit out there. We didn't stay in the ROOM much, because we were out most of the day but it was standard. there was three of us and in the room were three single beds lines up together. it had a TV and a bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and sink. we didn't ask for our room to be tidied so we don't know how they are at cleaning. we went ALL INCLUSIVE and when we got there they gave us a plastic piece of paper that we had to pay a euro for. then we handed it into the bar when we wanted a drink and go given a plastic cup that we had to carry around with us the whole holiday. take it to our rooms and everything, then at the end of the holiday you give in the cups and have your tokens back. the BUFFET was awful the sausage was uncooked, for breakfast all they had was toast, ham, cheese and salami slices, pancakes, and some pastries with no filling. they sometimes did some eggs and fruits. LUNCH was the same really but there was a lot of Spanish food that is cooked very different to British food so tourists were unsure and there wasn't much variety. DINNER was the same but on the last night they did do chicken which all the people went for. a lot of the STAFF was rude and non of them understood English. there is a BEACH no far away but gets busy fast so get there early like we did for a good spot. its made up of tiny stones which is good because they don't stick. there are little SHOPS about 5 meters away from hotel entrance. the POOL was very tidy and nice to be around it is not salt water and its a little cold at first. there is a littler pool for kids too . the indoor pool and gym was closed while we were there.

Charlee Pon 02/09/2016 09:57DONT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, stayed here with my girlfriend had the most amazing time, staff are great, food is okay, rooms where nice.. Location was absolutely perfect! 3 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.. Close to local buses and transfers into main Barcelona.. Was a great stay highly recommended :)
