Great Hotel Great Food
saurjyeshon 29/08/2017 15:29Spent a night at the Pine n Peak in Aug 2017. Was there for Golf and this is the best hotel for staying and playing at the Pahalgam Golf Course. The service was excellent and so was the food. The room and the toilets were a little dated and should be changed.
Lovely hotel and family friendly
ADCVon 20/08/2017 11:57We stayed here for over 2 days with out 2 year old. The food was nice and we even requested the cooking staff to make soft food for our kid. The hotel restaurant serves very good selection of Indian food and a few European dishes. We had only 2 meals here and ate all our meals in different restaurants in the city centre.
The room we had was decent looking out to the lawn. The room was spacious and we had an extra in-wall sofa near the window.
One can walk to a nearest rivulet and a park from this hotel. Kashmir is one of the most scenic places in the world and Pahalgam is up there. This hotel is tucked on a hill side and couldn't be located a better place.
At the back of the hotel, there is nice lawn with river view. There are many garden chairs there; enjoy a quiet coffee bathing in the warm sun.
The city centre is a few kilometers taxi ride and the taxi prices there are pretty decent. If you are lucky, you could just walkin and find a taxi. All rates are displayed on the government notice board but you may still have to negotiate.
The hotel's parking is usually a bit congested, that's probably because we were there during holiday season.
We felt, it was value for money!

praveenk792on 23/07/2017 17:54Kashmir is fascinating . And there is a lot to discover. And more importantly having a friendly hotel with great staff makes a huge difference.
Pine n Peak is a lovely quaint place. Located in a marvellous surrounding . Make sure to take time to savour the fresh fish from the river along side this hotel.
Take a drive around and experience magic of what Pahalgam is about.
