Very Nice Rooms

I had a very nice room with a King size bed. The bathroom also is a great size. There is a work area and a lounge chair. Very comfortable room. This property is definitely the nicest thing in the area. I had a nice view of the mountains from my room. The high end restaurants have some strange hours but the main cafe and buffet are reliable.

Room and staff excellent as always. I usually at least break even after two days on the gaming floor. This time, I (and my sister) lost everything. We weren't the only ones. Place was packed and few hitting. Not even small hits. Read the earlier reviews. People were kind to say the machines were "tight" I have to wonder how Indian casinos are regulated if at all. AND the pool and hot tub were closed. Comp rooms use to be free now there is a $20 resort fee. Still not bad for a nice a room. VERY disappointed with this trip.

My husband And I went there recently for my Birthday celebration. We were very excited to get away and swim and get a couples massage. Get the full treatment. When we arrived a saw a sign that said pool down for maintenance. I explained why we're we not told when we called in our reservation? Didn't have an answer. I also said it is NOT on the web site either. A matter of fact answer was given, like oh no. I said could we then get an upgraded room for our inconvenience and the answer was no. We also had a room where the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and my husband had to clean up the mess the broken ice bucket left us when we returned to our room late at night. There was water all over the table, in the tray, chair and on the floor. When we checked out asked if we could be compensated in some way like a complimentary lunch and we were once again told no. I work for a hotel and we have the Yes I Can attitude. Doesn't exist here I guess. Very disappointed. Even the first night we stayed went up to the cafe and food was horrible. My husband sent his cold fish sandwich back and then it came back WAY over done and burned. Need to work on Customer Service!!!!!

Casino has Become Very Tight

I've been coming here for about 8 years and have never seen the machines so tight. The rooms and everything else is still exceptional but I've never left there so disappointed. This is the second time in a row that it seems that the machines don't even keep you interested. You sit down and lose everything before you even get a small hit. I will still go here since everything is excellent and I can only hope that things even out in the gambling department.

Stay clear of pool

I am a regular patron at Allegheny , usually satisfied but very disappointment with pool services for the two nights my wife and I stayed as guests, (5/24/17 and 5/25/17). During the first night we were at the pool during evening adult swim, a couple entered with their small dog in a large handbag. The dog proceeded to run about the pool deck. For all I know the dog could have relieved himself. Unsanitary conditions for swimmers in bare feet. I was astonished security personal or pool salon staff DID NOT demand the dog to be removed from the pool deck. This dog obviously is not a service animal. The owners proceeded to place the dog on a chair while they enjoyed the Jacuzzi. I find it unhygienic to sit in a wet bathing suit on a chair where a dog has been sitting.
