Spent a week here in September, arrived after 2am didn’t get any food when we arrived had to find our room staff were not very helpful,room was very basic and clean . Lovely location mountains overlooking the poolside ,The the beach was a big let down ,Plenty of sun loungers , In my opinion it is not a 4 star , food was ok not a lot of choice, food was not very hot ,bar staff were very friendly,my opinion is I would give it a 3 star ,

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The bedroom was cleaned every day and linen and towels changed. The food was fine and a good selection. The entertainment was good also Charlie from the team made the daily darts match and French bowls really interesting and he encouraged all the time. I must mention Emre, a waiter in the restaurant, who worked very hard and made sure you had drinks etc. It is a lovely friendly hotel and a lovely place to stay.

This is a beautiful spot between the mountains and the sea but the hotel needs updating. Our room was barely big enough to pass each other. In the bathroom you had to step to one side to get out or into the shower.The balcony was cold and shaded and just all in one long row so there was no privacy. I love sitting on the balcony usually and this really spoilt my holiday. On a positive note the rooms were kept beautifully clean everyday.
The food was nice but simply not hot enough. This I believe lead to me having an upset stomach.
The beach was disgustingly full of dog ends which had obviously never been cleaned up.
We love cats and so the abundance of them in the restaurant and around the resort didn't bother us but we were unhappy with the large amount of liquid cat poo outside our door one morning.
This is supposedly a sentido hotel but there was little evidence of this. I am seeking compensation from Thomas Cook. The shame of it is it could be a really lovely place.

This was a return visit and our holiday was as lovely as before. Hotel in general is clean and facilities are acceptable but the staff made our holiday!! The bar staff, in particular Erhan, Muslim and Errol, were brilliant and the concierge and reception staff bent over backwards to give us a lovely evening for a very special birthday. We found all the staff friendly and helpful as before and are already looking to book for next year. On the down side, the Thomas Cook rep was noticeable in her absence this time, as well as on the last visit. She did show up on the last night when, due to hiccup for another guest, she was on site as we were leaving. However she did not even speak to us until we had to ask her where our transfer was as it was late. All in all a fabulous holiday thanks to the hotel staff.

The hotel in general is a nice and clean place. The bars and restaurant are also very nice and clean, the staff on the bar are nice and friendly and very talkative. In the restaurant the staff are always smiling and up to talk, always make sure your drinks are full and that everything’s okay keeping the place nice and relaxing, the pools are colder then the sea but once your in they are very nice, in the day there are activities like darts, football, basketball and everything thing else a rep will play with you making it a fun way to fill up a relaxing day. At night there is entertainment, different every night and is always fun. The rooms are okay, bathrooms on the small side but you can’t complain as everything else from the food to the place itself to the staff make up for it.
