What People are saying

Terrible service from beginning to end

Our actual stay wasn't the worst part of our experience with this hotel, although that was pretty bad on it's own. As others have mentioned, parking is weird and very difficult to get to (driving through heavily pedestrian alleyways). Our room smelled very strongly of smoke even though we booked (and were told we were in) a non-smoking room... and the front desk told us they could do nothing about it except open the windows. The worst part was that they never returned my husband's passport to him at check-in, and given we were flustered from parking and starving, we didn't realize it at the time. We left early the next morning still in the dark about the passport, and spent the next 10 days traveling around Spain AND NO-ONE CONTACTED US ABOUT THE PASSPORT!!! Completely unacceptable. The hotel had my email address where I received a confirmation of the reservation and didn't attempt to let us know that they still had my husband's most important document in their possession! Ridiculous. When we couldn't locate the passport the day before we were leaving to return home and retraced our steps and called them, they knew they had the passport, but were zero help in trying to get it back to us that day, insisting that we had to retrieve it. Their story kept changing about what exactly had happened, and ended with them blaming us for leaving the passport under the bed! I suspect they knew they had kept the passport from check-in and were worried about getting in trouble, so shifted the blame to us. My husband ended up having to rent a car and drive the 4+ hrs back to Logrono overnight the night before we were leaving in order to get the passport back. This place is the worst; don't give them your business!

Great Location

Excellent location situated in the old quarter and right next to the two famous Tapas areas and what a wonderful experience trying different tapas and wine. Good choices for the buffet breakfast and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend a stay we will be staying again next year.

Good location at a reasonable price

Right on the edge of Logroño city centre, so extremely convenient to get back after food and drinks. Large free car park nearby, good base to venture into the Rioja for wineries and smaller picturesque villages.
Rooms were decent standard, although they can be a bit noisy. Breakfast and parking we did not use due to the abundant offers in the close vicinity.

Convenient for centre at a good price

Stayed here for 4 nights while on a wine tour. This hotel is in a very convenient for the old town and tapas areas, and is good value for somewhere so well situated. Room was fine and reasonably light. Continental breakfast was fine, though my husband, who is diabetic, was disappointed that all the croissants were coated in a sweet glaze.

For Brits, a Holiday Inn Express equivalent.

Well located on the edge of the Old Quarter. Although on a SAGA holiday there was convenient car parking, but at a cost. Rooms fine, large comfortable beds. Bathrooms however SAGA type traveller unfriendly. Can be a bit precarious getting in and out of the bath for a shower. Good supply of toiletries however with all you could ask for. Varied buffet breakfast but you have to ask for the fried option. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast only, no other meal options. However loads of food options on the doorstep. Ask for front facing rooms as those at the back face a brick wall! No pool, no gym.
