Peace, quiet, comfort!

Having done a thorough due diligence on the area, we were hopeful that our final choice of destination and accommodation would be as good as the photos/reviews said. We were not disappointed. The Apartment complex is set high above the lovely bay of Amadores with views that are second to none. Huge apartments, comfortable beds, a bathroom you could swing a pair of cats in and a very well equipped kitchen all set off with the most wonderfully spacious balcony made our stay fantastic. Peace and quiet were in abundance most of the time. Some families with little ones arrived for a couple of days but the chirrups of children sporting about in the pool can be quite pleasant. The grounds around the pool are plentiful so if the noise gets too much you can move to a quiet spot. I would highly recommend taking a exfoliation massage with the inhouse masseuse - worth every cent. The staff were friendly if a little tired. We will be back.

Firstly, our flight was delayed, no problem, reception left a welcome pack.
The apartment was fantastic, everything and more than we had dreamt of.
The staff were superb, really friendly and helpful, and funny, I recall a young glamorous couple going to reception and the lady saying, 'Ah! Mr Bond and a Bond girl'.
Brilliant stuff, would love to come back ASAP.

I love this place. From the first minute of my original visit I knew I'd be back and Have been here three times now. Just booked again for October. These apartments have absolutely everything you need for a great holiday. So relaxing and well kept. I can't say enough positive things about this place. You feel like you've paid a fortune but the price is very reasonable for what you get. I feel I should keep this place a secret in case it starts getting full when I want to book.

Good Quality apartment with great view of Amadores Beach

Stayed for half-term to celebrate a special birthday. Two adults and our 11 year old son. Lovely apartment with large terrace and garden area. Sun in the afternoon, great to relax and unwind. Each apartment has two quality sun loungers and a table and chairs. Very quite hotel away from any noise with great views across Amadores Beach. The sunset is spectacular! Very clean rooms with beds changed daily accept Thursdays & Sundays. If your fussy about where you like to stay then this is the place as long as you like peace and quite. The same go's for Amadores as this is such a great Beach one of the best in Gran Canaria, that gets very busy during the day, but the crowds disappear at night so you can relax in a restaurant over looking the Beach in the evening. The only thing is the hotel is on the top of a large hill. but you can get a taxi up the hill if you don't like the clime. We also hired a car and there is ample parking spaces at the hotel for free. Back to Serenity and it really lives up to it's name if you want to chill and unwind it is just great for that. Not the place if you like lot's to do. Go to a big hotel that caters for that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area is well kept and very quite with plenty of sun loungers for you so you do not need to be there early morning to get one as they are always available throughout the day. I would definitely recommend The Serenity if you wish to get away from it all. We would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Gran Canaria. I would not take any notice of the bad reviews on here, don't let them put you off as you will be loosing out on great accommodation. Fully recommend this hotel as it is a real gem! What a place, probably the most relaxing holiday we have had in a fantastic location. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great patio, pool was always warm. Walk up from Amadores was a test but the taxi was 2.5 euros Will definatly return
