Excellent service

Great hotel, staff really understand about customer service, especially Mahmood in the relaxation pool bar. Plenty of food choices could always find something nice to eat.
Rooms kept clean with plenty of bottled water on hand. Lovely to have plenty of space around the pool to move around your sunbed! Will definitely visit again. Please do not be put off of visiting Egypt, security at the airport is excellent and the resorts feel safe. Shukran

First of all this place or hotel or resort you name it , IS GREAT . I don't know what to say about it if I mention everything . OK let's go. 1)warm welcome at reception from the first step in . 2)fast check in with smiles everywhere and from everyone. 3) clean and shiny . 4)rooms are spacious and clean (thanks to the great house keeping staff). 5)pools are more than great , it's all clean and the life guards will do anything to please you . 6)The animation team is fantastic, they are polite , friendly and creative, they are all like brothers and sisters. 7)The staff are professional and friendly. 8)services are excellent. 9)Maintenance is excellent. Well I don't want to make it longer , but I guess these points are what makes deference between good hotels and excellent hotels . This hotel is our second home . Every time we spend more than 20 days there and we didn't want to leave . If you want your family to spend a great vacation, well this hotel is your target . Special thanks to the one who makes all guests happy and relaxed with his fantastic team (Mr. Khaled) the manger . And of course thanks to Mr. Alaa the assistant manager. Thank you Mr. Badr who suffers alot with me and other guests to please us and his team ( Mohamed Aly , Sherif Atef , Ahmad Al Hosainy, Sherif Fadel ). Thanks to Chiefs who cooks great food . Thanks to our brothers and sisters of the animation team Snoop , Mado, Rashidy, Felix , Adji , FOX , Natalie, Sain and Anna . Thanks to Mr. Abd El Ghany who manages his team and the bars with very high standers. Thanks to all my brothers El Noby , Eslam , Taha , Ahmad Farag, Mohamed , Hasan , Mahmoud Anan, Shiba and Atef . The resort is amazing, I stayed in room 3106 great view of the Red Sea. This resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and very attentive to your needs.

Everything was delightful
Cooperative and handful and respective service
animation team very fun and talented and helpful and very professional they know many languages which was great for communicating

Was the best vacation ever

Food was great
Room always clean
Very safe

I didn't like the spa or the gym was very small and smelly the front office spa team was nice but we the masseuse was horrible and not professional we got many bruises

Weather was wonderful. Sunny wholw day.

Tha rooms were very clean, large and had a refrigerator.

WiFi in the room. Slow but for Egyptian standards excellent.

Food ok. Nothing special but always possible to find something you like

Surprised over the low level of haggling, compared to what I have expected. When you said no, they moved further so it was not unpleasant.

It was a all inclusive hotel. The pool bars were understaffed, and there was some waiting. Drinks were OK

I will come back if I got good offer
