most nights the food was cold and some of the meat wasn't cooked properly put me right off.Wasted so much food as one can not stand cold food that supposed to be hot.
Didn't get much sleep as the people next door was so noisy,such thin walls.
The only good thing i can say is that the hotel was very clean ,nice staff.

We stayed at this hotel from Monday 16th Oct for 5 days and would agree with some comments about food not being the hottest at evenings, We ate out a few nights so this didn’t really bother us too much,
Although the daytime snacks were more than adequate and found the nothing wrong with drinks and my wife commented that the wine in hotel was better than she had in Papas bar near to hotel,
We stayed in room 713 and the walls are very thin so the first night I was kept awake listening to the romantic goings on in the next room ,
I drank a few more pints the 2nd night so I slept much better,
Overall I have no major complaints as the short break did not cost us much and we definitely got value for money,
If another cheap holiday came up I would have no issues going back,

I came here a few weeks ago with my husband and daughter and at 1st were pleased. We had one of the newly refurbished rooms, very spacious and modern and cleaned on a daily basis, that I can't complain about. The pools were great for my daughter too but that's the best things about this hotel. We were all inclusive but were very disappointed with the evening meals and even had to eat out a few nights which we hadn't planned on doing but the food was awful! They were cooking more than one type of meat on the same hot plate and even saw blood running through it, not good when I am pregnant and already watching what I was eating. Food was always cold and you couldn't really make a meal out of the food that was there, who wants a plate of chips, rice, pasta. I wanted a proper meal which just want available. Also none of the food was labelled so for anyone with allergies, you are screwed, again didn't help me being pregnant as some things I just didn't have a clue what they were and wasn't going to risk eating it. Snacks were the same every day; chips, hotdog, burger and toastie but no signs to even tell you this and we didn't even know about it until 3 days until our weeks holiday. Also I came down with terrible diarrhea and sickness on our last day which i know can happen on holiday, but when i found out that everyone we had met at our hotel ( a total of 11 ppl incl children) also had it within a couple of days of one another, makes you think this was something in the hotel that caused this, maybe the cold food or contamination and poor staff hygiene. I can honestly say that u can see why it was changed from a 4* to a 3* and unless things improve then that will never change.

Arriving at the hotel seemed nice from outside we were in room 420 which had a nice pool view and was large as we had our 2 boys with us, i cannot complain about this or the cleanliness of the room as it was cleaned everyday, as for the food this hotel is expecting to go from a 3 star to a 4 star, no no, they should take a good look at the staff manner in the food hall & snack bar and get new chefs before they do, constantly reusing food(who eats chicken nuggets for breakfast), food was constantly cold and meat was been contaminated on the grill where they cooked 3 kinds of cheap meat together with blood running from 1 to another, NO ICE CREAM FOR KIDS, and snacks were pure crap for people on holidays, they need to up there game!!!!!!!!!!!!

after a long flight looking forward to our great room me and my friends arrived to find the rooms had double beds causing us to have a very uncomfortable sleeping situation after a night with no help we were moved to a room with the correct amount of beds yet this room lacked both space and a cooler ruining our food causing us to eat the disgusting food the hotel served in conclusion don't go to oasis park splash otherwise you WILL regret it
