Basic, modern modular hotel
Richard Ron 17/08/2017 16:15We stayed here for one week early August half board, after the second day we refused to eat there. The food was cold, unseasoned and cooked/finished off in an open plan kitchen which was filthy and the chef looked far from presentable.... and the same potato wedge stared at me from under the counter since my arrival. What really turned me was the waitress wiped down chair seats with the same cloth she then dusted the table off with ready for the next customer.
I must add the staff were friendly throughout and the rooms do exactly what they should, clean and modern looking with all you need.
The food does spoil this nice hotel, and then given your options to eat elsewhere are in the shopping centre spoilt it all.
Fantastic Holiday
tracey152017on 17/08/2017 13:37Has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Had a room on 3rd floor, cleaned daily to very high standard. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff who can't do enough for you. Were given champagne on arrival, room facilities were superb & air conditioning so effective & not noisy, hot tub on balcony a great bonus, sun on balcony until late in the evening. On day of leaving we were given another room to have a shower and prepare for flight home. We hired a car which we parked in hotel car park (limited space though) but taxis to and from harbour or shopping centre just 3 euros maximum and so many taxis! Pool was lovely & plenty of sunbeds, pool cleaned daily, bar served cocktails by the pool and good menu - can't say enough to praise the hotel.

Kristine Fon 15/08/2017 20:19Had a room on the 8th floor with a jaccuzi on the balcony overlooking the city.
Great room nice and clean and tidy. Friendly staff. And good selection on the Breakfast buffet.
Will defenetly stay here again.
Great hotel
Joanne Ron 14/08/2017 22:28We had a glorious 2 week stay at the Casablanca. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and the air conditioning is a bonus. The bathroom is fairly large with a walk in shower (the only fault is it takes ages to drain and floods the floor). We didn't have a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony so the balcony is much smaller but still adequate with table and chairs. The pool area is very relaxing especially with this being adults only and enjoyed having the hot tub by the pool. Happy hour is at 5 and they make some lovely cocktails of we tried most of them. The hotel as with most in Peurto Rico has many steps to the centre but it's not that bad we never needed to get a taxi back but I think they are only about 3 euros if you did. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to this hotel.
Stay for the hotel not for the food
Olivia Aon 10/08/2017 20:50As per the other reviews the hotel is amazing. I love it when I saw it on a package deal and scooped it up straight away with half board as well. Stay here for the quality of the hotel, I'm currently on day 5 and as a vegetarian I have ended every night eating a help yourself salad apart from the restaurant days. Their menu on those days was purely meat and fish they didn't even have a veggie option and created a poor alternative for me when I brought it to their attention. I wish I hadn't booked such an expensive package for a bed basically. If you're vegetarian, just get the bed, even the rice has meat in it.
